As long as you only go to big cities in Australia like Sydney or Melbourne you won’t see any big spiders. They’re more in the outback or like farms. I lived there for one year and have only seen two on a farm

My fears: pilot error, design faults, manufacturing faults, poor maintenance, turbulence, terrorism, mental health break down of the pilot, mid air collision, surface to air missile (fired accidentally or not), crashing into the earth travelling at 500 mph+...and there are plenty more examples I could give you.

Us passengers aren't any luckier. I travel internationally for my job and have to get up equally early to catch the morning feeder flight to one of the hubs. I also deal with coworkers overseas, so I usually go to bed around that time on non-travel days.. Traveling internationally for work sucks ...

I visited Rome back in 2017. I went to the colosseum and also went on an underground tour of the colosseum to see the chambers which were very interesting.

The timer trick totally works! I do it too. Luna has way more manners than one of my cats. If I have food she wants I can’t turn my back because she will steal it. 😂
