Yea. They (Big E and his bracket runners) scheduled my tournament matches all at 9 pm. For 3 different games. By the time me and sonic played it was midnight. I had already been awake all day at the tournament. By the time we played I was gassed but nobody cared about that. It was about assassinating my credibility.

It's alright, champ. Real ones know you are legend, we remember your fighting game legacy, and we know your full strength. Even I knew something was off that day. Even the match up between Kitana and Kung Lao of the patch then wasn't balanced, I can't remember if the patch was still new before the match. Just curious, one question, why didn't you insist on postponing the match given that you were gassed out? Did you just wanted to keep your promise to play and be done with it so that you could face other engagements and travel? Were you pressured to play? Did you think it would had been a let down to disappoint the audience that had already gathered? 🙏
