Very useful & healthy exercises tips Blood clots are no joke, but with Channel and Doctor's expertise, we can take proactive steps. My neighbor saw remarkable improvement with Planet Ayurveda's supplements, proving that natural remedies can strengthen our circulatory system. Here's to healthy blood flow! 💉

Nice to see a video up with the light touch, I use a thericane while body sensing and it does an amazing job at landing on the right spots, the dimensions of it seem to include the golden ratio which may contribute to this somehow. Cool vid ;)

I'm on high foot elevation for the next ten days which does of course help with blood pooling but not muscle weakness, and i'm still worried about DVT. As I'm in a below knee cast I'm limited with some of these exercises although I've been doing bicycles, as well as leg lifts (I've lost so much strength in my operated leg, it feels like it weighs about eighteen tons and I can't move it at all if there's a blanket over it!). Picked up some good tips here, thanks.

Good video on foot and leg exercises. Also, I suggest in your next video on this subject -- to include the REASON why these simple exercises are so effective; namely, describing how your “calf muscles” are the pumps that direct venous blood back to the heart (via the Peroneal vein). So, when you are sitting for a long time and not moving, blood tends to pool in your lower legs and feet (especially with older folks) and that can develop into DVTs, thus increase the likelihood of clot formation. So, activity that gets the (bi-head) calf muscle to flex and relax, actually moves the veinous blood back up to the heart. You could show a cool diagram of the main Peroneal vein as it courses up from the back of the leg between the two heads of the Gastrocnemius muscle, so that when you move your feet (in your exercise) it flexes and relaxes the calf muscle, thus pushing the venous blood up like a pump, ergo, the “calf muscle pump” name! The exercise mimics walking, and is the reason why doctors ask folks to walk! To relieve the pressure in the legs (accumulated blood and fluids) to get that “pumped out” and back to the heart!

I have had a torn meniscus for 30 years. It doesn't heal itself. MRI confirmed mine so I know its not my ankle or my hip. Surgery is required to gain full function of the knee. I am very lucky mine has not torn any further. It hurts though, every day.

TO my fellow "We the People of the Torn Meniscus": THE #1 thing you need to do for a torn meniscus or just about any injury or illness is to follow the science of Dr. Satchin Panda of the Salk Institute. STOP EATING AFTER SUNDOWN - it causes massive inflammation ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT and thus impedes healing. Panda said these words: "Sadly it is better to eat unhealthy food during the day... because eating later in the evening turns even nutritious food into junk (and inflammation)." Inflammation is AT THE ROOT of all illness - either a cause or an effect or BOTH. I tore my medial meniscus nearly 100% along it's length. I was desperate and turned to Panda's wisdom: I NEVER EAT AFTER SUNDOWN. Within weeks a 15 year old frostbite sore that had never healed (despite multiple doctor's "advice") HEALED completely. No sign that it was ever there. I am back to being active including running, biking, golf, etc. I am in my 70's!!! I still have a slight "issue" with my knee but after watching video's like this one and others, I am wondering whether what I'm feeling has to do mainly with tight-muscles that are causing these sensations. I am trying to be more disciplined with stretches. Good luck. There's hope. See Panda's interviews by dr. Rhonda Patrick about 6 years ago and in 2023 by Dr. Chatterjee.

Fauci and Birx knew from day 1 that the shots and masks did not do what they claimed. Birx admitted that the 6ft social distancing had no scientific basis and was a number pulled from thin air. There was never any evidence that masks prevented contracting or spreading covid. Your other vids have helped me, but this one did not age well.

I disagree. The surgery is the correct approach for fixing everything. 3 months daily Physiotherapy will fix the overall movement issues and prepare you for the long term. The costs will be less due to prevention. The time is not on your side.

Hi. I’m scared stiff. Had mri scan and diagnose is torn meniscus. No knee pain as such unless I kneel down on hard floor. But when out running or walking my knee gives way and I fall down. I’ve had some serious injuries following these accidents, now I’m afraid because they said knee could give out anytime and I would die . Do I need surgery?

Fascia is a connective tissue. It connects muscles, tendons and ligaments to bone. It connects one group of muscles to another. It surrounds blood vessels and all organs. It surrounds body parts such as joints and vertebral discs. Fascia is EVERYWHERE in your body. Without fascia, the body would literally fall apart. Fascia is comprised of 70% water. The one main key to healthy fascia above all others? HYDRATION. If the fascia's flexibility and ability to stretch is lost due to a loss of hydration, it hardens and becomes "glue-like". If you want a healthy body, pay attention to your fascia by keeping it hydrated and moving.

I would love to see a doctor like you but I live in Barcelona Spain so I don’t think it will be possible. Could you recommend someone here or indicate what I should look for. What type of Dr? What type of training, certification…. I would greatly appreciate any guidance you can give me. Thank you.

look for a physio that works independently from hospitals, the government, physicians groups or insurance. They will have the most time and resources to dedicate to your injury healing process

Had meniscus surgery at 50 years old 6 months ago. It was the worst decision of my life . Now i have clicking/popping in knee area which i never had before. Also the pain isn't gone. Did PT for 5 months and back at square one. Now only options looks to be gel shots or PRP . Just an absolute disaster . Have no idea how to get rid of the popping/clicking which i never had before the surgery .
