I reverted back to the Screenpad 1.0 because I hated 2.0 I had to send my computer to Czech Republic and pay $80 because they had to replace the actual screenpad with a factory one. It worked for a couple of months, but now it won't even turn on and I can't get it to work again, and there's no way I'm re-upgrading to 2.0 so i am very much stuck, annoying

I cannot even get my first monitor to display while using a display port 1.4 to usb-c thunderbolt cable. I hope we soon find the answers to both of our questions!

Hello does this vivobook S15 S532EQ-DS79 hace input or support for Thunderbolt? Because in other sites with the same model it does not appear that it has Thunderbolt 4 ???

Unfortunately it's didn't work on my Zenbook pro. It keeps reverting to the previous state each time I reboot. Any ideas?

to people who got a problem of black screenpad, to fix that, you just go to display settings, go to "screen number 2" then change the resolution to the recommanded one, and thats it, the problem of blackscreen happend probably when you change the resolution of the screenpad, sorry for my bad english, PEACE ♥

I recently took delivery of a Zenbook 14. Once I switched it on, I was forced to accept Windows 10 updates, which immediately disabled the Screenpad! Not only did my Screenpad exhibit the exact same issues you took the trouble to demonstrate, but your links below the video proved highly useful. Once I had removed My Asus and ScreenXpert, I could not search and locate ScreenXpert on either the Asus support site or in the Microsoft Store. I found it thanks only to your link. Your efforts have allowed me to successfully activate my Screenpad 2. Only time will tell if is is a useful feature or simply a novelty which suffers issues from constant updates! I can only assume anybody who buys into an Asus laptop with this feature will suffer the same issues as so many here. It will be a very considerable hurdle for many. I am extremely grateful to you for taking the time and trouble to make this information available. Thank you very much!

Didn't work, gettting error codes even after uninstalls then trying to reinstall ASUS System Control Interface v3 and Optimizer.

Whatever you do do NOT Perform a system restore to undo the latest windows update or your laptop may no longer reboot. (As happened to me) Luckily I created a manually restore point before performing the system restore. At the end I was able to successfully restore the laptop to the restore point I manually created

hey !!! can you tell me if you upgraded to windows 11 and if your screenpad is still working ?? i upgraded few months ago but but mine stopped working so had to go back to windows 10
