This short was excellent….. but then again, what Stooge pictures were not good. They all make me laugh for the last 60 years.

Nice observation. I just saw the episode “the fever “just the other day. However, I don’t recall ever seeing the episode “the prime mover “

Late comment but this is one of my favorite episodes! I have a tattoo of the shopkeeper (Elizabeth Allen) since I grew up loving the twilight zone and watching it with my family. This is such a cool deep dive and I’m excited to binge the rest of your twilight zone playlist!!

I hardly ever see this episode in syndication. I may have seen it once. I recognized the slot machine.

As a little kid, when 'The Fever' first aired, when that slot machine showed up at Franklin's door, I was more terrified than I'd ever been! That creeped me out beyond all else! 😮😁🤣🤣

Star Trek tos reused props all the time, like most TV shows and movies did back then. I loved Rod Serling's work, he, Alfred Hitchcock, and others were the best!!

Batgirl was great. Aside from Aunt Martha, every female that showed up on the show ... was a villain! I mean can you remember one actual good woman on that show other than Batgirl?

Actually in the comics his middle name is Bruce also. Though on the show he is not referred to as Bruce, but we see it as his middle name on his tombstone. In the comics, his actual name is Robert Bruce Banner, but he is mostly referred to by his middle name, Bruce. Just so you know.

My husband is a big fan of old lamps, and can spot one that’s been re-used in many old tv series in a second! We also happen to own a twin of a beautiful stained glass floor lamp that was seen in The Untouchables movie…imagine our surprise when we saw that!!💕 Thanks, Rick - great content as always!

Long time fan, but didn't know about Toto. Nice trivia! I haven't watched them on TV in quite a few years, since I have the DVD rips, but this short was in the broadcast rotation back then.

I will not believe that simply mentioning the name of any historical figure we'll get a video demonetised. You would have to express some kind of support.

Schultz IS Nimrod. 1. He was a rich man the Nazis stole his toy factory so he's pissed. 2. He was in the best position to find germany's most incompetent guards. 3. He's seen the tunnels. 4. He's the last person anyone would suspect as a spy.

I read that, a large chunk of the props /set dressing were rentals that previously appeared in MGM movies, somewhat ironically considering the Filmways/Orion film library was later bought outright by (post 1986) mgm

I read through the comments by others before posting my own. I find it hard believe that so many people liked the Danny Thomas episode. That crap with him "nuzzling" her neck was nauseating. Marjorie Lord was just silly. And the 2 precocious brats were a strong argument for birth control. I could go through all 13 episodes but I won't. Quickly, Ernie Kovacs shaving in the kitchen (?) and growling? Let me help you with that razor. Fred flirting with Milton Berle in drag? Lucy literally stealing money from Fred in Japan? And it seems there were times that Lucy was damn near hateful to Ethel. i.e. Hunting Uranium and The celebrity next door. Alright, so I went on a little longer than I planned. Still, thank you for the posting.

Certainly the 70s and 80s. I've seen this episode. It's hardly racist considering the Nazis wanted to rule the world and Japan sneak attacked us. Should we ban Charlie Chaplin's the dictator or the death of Stalin? .

Gee in 1967 my Grandma wouldn't go to the door or town without her bonnet or headscarf and usually a clean apron......but she was nekkid as a jaybird under her 4 layers of clothes. And girls wearing yoga pants think they're daring today!!!!!!!! By the way Rick you enjoy 2 hours of telling a Ginger how beautiful she is and how much money you make over a $300.00 dinner at a black tie restaurant....I'll be grilling steaks or hamburgers with Mary Ann and having a wonderful time.
