Why are linux users so delusional. People use windows because it works. They go to a website they press download and they are done. Using a terminal is not intuitive and probably never will be. Its the same in the gaming space. You go to steam and you download a game, now if you use linux then half of current multiplayer games wont allow you to play. On windows you never have to use different proton layers, you never have to add launch commands just to make it work. Its just a headache to use for 95% of people.

People use windows because 1) It comes pre installed 2) Software and Hardware compatibility. Their entire point is that the interface between linux and windows aren't that different and you don't have to use the terminal. You are the delusional one here.

All of those "work" on Linux. But the reality depends a lot on the individual program. Firefox probably runs better on my Fedora than on Windows and Mac. But I like Vivaldi. And Vivaldi just cannot oepn links when set as a default browser, for example. And it's even more complicated, because there are times when you can have the same apps that are capable of different things. The flatpak version and bed/rpm versions of Steam are different. The former straight up does not support SteamVR (or SteamLink, I don remember), for example. These are _gigantic_ obstancles for 99% of people. They are not gonna troubleshoot why something doesn't work, they'll go out and buy a Mac instead.

I wish you hadn't skipped the step about standard image model vs embedded image model. That's where I'm stuck! I can't find any videos that clearly explain the difference and how to prepare images for either choice. Everyone seems to jump straight to the webcam, but I already have my images ready and don't need to use the webcam.

The West is gullible and blind to the fact that easy money has a different and much higher cost down the road. Capitalism has an achilles heel, that China and Russia found out about and has been exploring for decades. Remember, Russia will always hate the West for bringing down Soviet Union, at least Kreml people will have a deep hatred towards our so called free and open societes and our democracy and capitalism. They are our true arch enemies, also states like China, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, etc. As westerners believing in democracy, human rights, etc its time to quit being so blind and gullible towards these countries. Dont buy cheap chinese stuff just because its cheap for you! Rather pay more to get better quality stuff from the West with no espionage, etc in these things...

It all ties down to if your job requires the exam and if they accept network+ or CCNA. Some jobs use cisco equipment so they require CCNA. Network+ would be to get yourself in the field and then study for CCNA as you gain more experience, but unfortunately jobs require 10 years experience and CCNP to get entry level networking. This is what happens when HR is full of greed and outsources to India, which is the main reason why they have ridiculous standards because they want to justify the outsourcing by stating that there are no qualified job applicants that meet the requirements. The job market does not work for people people who are finding their role in life anymore. There is no entry level anymore. Either you are lucky and get a job or not, become homeless, do a worthless job for the rest of your life and be miserable, stagnating and never use your skills or potential and in the end studying for CCNA was a waste of your time and money just like degrees.

That's 30-60m a day 5mo Study on lunch break at work, study after you're done with your family/life stuff, check your phone usage to see how many hours you spend on KZfaq TikTok Facebook etc per day and you probably have 2,4 or even 6+ hrs a day you can study. Especially if you do a 6-8hr study session on Sat/Sun. Knock this out in a month or less.

Hey, I have 2 doubts here. 1. If we assign the 'reader' role for the whole subscription, should we not be able to view everything in it ? 2. I see that you assigned user chris with the 'owner' role only for the 'storage' resource group, but then as you logged in as Chris, how were you able to view 'azure-monitor' and 'cosmos' resource groups ? Thanks in advance!

I have no IT experience but thinking of a plan of attack... can you please lmk if this can led me a job on cloud? Going to local Community college for an A.S in CC by obtaining Trifecta CompTia AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Microsoft Administrator Associates? Sounds nice but would this work landing me a job in Cloud with zero IT experience?

Thanks a ton. I've been trying to really understand which parts of my desktop are breaking and why. This helped clear up why I keep hearing about Wayland and why a lot of things just break on it. Also now I know where in the stack the compositor lies relative to the display server and window manager.
