No. I only use sustainable timber. Most of it comes from tree surgery waist. Trees that have unfortunately gotten too big are dying or unsafe to leave in people's gardens. This was a conifer that had to be taken down as it was in danger of falling over after storm damage.

Hi, I use a plumbers blowtorch and a little Dremmel Butane Soldering Iron/mini gas blowtorch. Both are readily available from our local hardware stores or online.

Hi, I normally try and keep a stock of Lawsons Cypress, as it's naturally rot resistant and easy to carve.

Hi, I hope I have understood your question correctly. The translation was not very clear. I use 1/4 inch chains only. The Husqvarna bar is the standard bar that came with the Chainsaw 14" 3/8 1.3mm
