I know your pain we had a border collie too he lived until 15 and a half years old we had to put him down duets him not eating and he had bad arthritis it was so sad he didn't want to go but we knew we had to do it that was over 4 years ago we got another dog and sometimes he acts just like him I'm sorry for ur loss

I'm so sorry for your loss of your handsome boy, Maximus. Such a beautiful song and tribute of the love and loyality that he brought to your home. I had to say goodbye to my smart, funny, loving and loyal companion, Xena, my Husky girl about 4 months ago. The grief is real and my heart needs a lot of healing. She was so beautiful with her white eyes and beautiful white/grey coat. We had an amazing life together and she made everyone smile, young and old. Cancer cut her life short but I am thankful for the 10 years of joy she brought into our lives. Your memories will heal your heart. ❤ They are angels without wings.

I know how you feel I just put my boy my buddy in November! I asked God If I can pett him one night 3am I went back to sleep and I had a dream of him I was cleaning up when he walk in the bathroom I was so happy to see I started to pett him he look at me like me! Then I woke up in 😢 thank you Jesus!

Sorry for your loss. I lost my Malamute, Misha Aged 12. That was 2 years ago and it still hurts. I have Freya now (1 year old) I feel a little better but i will NEVER forget her or the 3 others who came before.

I'e had to say the hard good-bye to three of my adored, beloved rescue collies in the las 15 years. The pain never gets easy - but still: I'd rather pay the price of this pain than not have had the joy and love of being allowed to share my life with my beloved dogs. They are all still walking at my side if i look carefully, and one is certainly teaching my latest rescue collie about 'things' like how to avoid rain, the other one has shown him how to scrape rugs or towels into little heaps to lie on ... because dog beds ae so boring. Hugs to all of you who mourn the going of their beloved pet - they'll come for us when we cross over, never doubt it.

I lost my little dog Zeusy on 09-23-2021. She was only seven but she saw me through two heart surgeries and the loneliness of the pandemic. She died the night before I was scheduled to go back to work after my second surgery as if her job of taking care of me was done. I'm sorry for your loss, Journey, but thank you for the video.

I lost my sweet Honey back in September of 1999-- a half Collie rescue--at 12 years old and I still miss her. Her buddy Athena a Sheltie runt, died 4 years later at age 10. Athena was just never the same after her best friend died. I still feel the pain. We all do.

You’re baby is so beautiful. We love them so much it hurts. I just let my 20 year old go on Saturday. He was with me EVERYDAY for those years. I’m broken, numb, fatigued, paralyzed……my Angel on earth is gone…….. 💔💔💔💔
