As for me,i keep a lot of the fish i catch,and when i have enough,only then do i release fish.Everyone is different,and that makes life interesting.To each their own.

I am a city boy from NYS. Clear cut is the worst thing I ever seen. I saw it in Yakutat. It was the most beautiful place I’d ever been. The air was different. The water from the tap was so cold and the best water I have ever drank. Then we drove the road to the river and the chatty vibe turns silent as we began to understand what we were seeing. I remember a lot of amazing things from that trip but the sadness of our daily drives through the clear cut still lingers. Old growth is the lungs of Earth and should be protected.

I had a guy from Georgia on the boat in Saint Thomas never had caught a fish in his whole life I forget his name friend of the boss we were fly fishing for blue marlin records his first ever dad of fishing caught an released a blue marlin on fly his first fish ever

I had the good fortune to catch a couple of these fish on Xmas island a year ago. They are as advertised. Big, strong, fast fish that don’t get tired(no lactose buildup). A true bucket list species for any fly fishermen!

I've been fly fishing hawaii for 20 yrs and still get the strangest looks today but when they see me with a 8lb omilu that laughing quickly changes 😂😂
