Amazing. You inspired me to pursue heavy rope flow. This would be cool with a 360 camera, you might be interested

I need a breakdown of that whiplash. It is eluding my brain. Also those spins with the anchored sneaks at the end were so fast!

At around 1:25 - the footwork looks so similar to when I teach boxing with proper weight transfer. It is so beautiful to see how so many athletic patterns all come back to the same principle of a proper gait.
@AlpacaFlowАй бұрын
Good eye! Indeed, rope flow weight shifts should allow for natural and efficient way to generate power from the ground up

Do you feel like rope flow has really helped with how the body feels with things like locomotion?
@AlpacaFlowАй бұрын
Yes, absolutely. The spine and the hips are moving much better, rotation + HOF are much clearer and integrated, and my coordination is 10x of what it used to be.

Thanks for sharing!! So inspirational. Been practicing for about 8 months. Do you practice with just rope or other flow instruments too?

Would love to see some glow sticks on strings from this man. I have a feeling that's where he learned how to do the rope. Or maybe poi?
@AlpacaFlow2 ай бұрын
I learned rope from videos and then relearned it from WeckMethod. I never actually touched poi or any other flow prop until last week. But there are lots of similarities, there are only so many ways you can move and object around the body
@mmayojr2 ай бұрын
@@AlpacaFlow well I used to do poi and just got my first rope. Never even heard of rope flow so I can't wait to begin. I'm doing it for exercise.
