I am having difficulty putting back together the thin tube that goes on the top and through the holes in the Burner Tubes. The holes don't line up. Help!

Thank you so much. I watched this video a few weeks ago and thanked you for giving me the confidence to do it myself. I'm 62 and still did it by myself. Not without problems with a header I needed, doors lining up properly, and holding the rail in place to mark the holes. I love my double doors so much. Thank you thank you 😊

Thank you now this 62 year old lady knows she can do it 😊. Are all kits about the same quality? If not, what brand would you suggest.

If you’re not replacing your burner tubes can they be soaked in the soap bath with the rest of the parts?

In case anyone has a Spirit with rusted burner tubes, Weber should replace them for free since they are under a 10-year warranty. I just had Weber replace my burner tubes for free, even though my Spirit was slightly over 10 years old. Great customer service!

I used your video to completely rehaul my Weber Spirit grill. It was a ton of work, but very satisfying in the end. A new grill costs $700+, but with non OEM parts, I was able to fix everything for around $80. Thank you so much for making the video! 🤟

How long did this take real time?
@FullDadMode
@FullDadMode 3 ай бұрын
3 hours because I had to set up camera shots and figure out how to remove & replace burners. Not bad for full end to end deep clean. 2 hrs if remade in that condition today. 60-90min to clean depending on condition, without replacing burners and infighter. <60min if done routinely; yearly or every other year.

I'm a Mortician, I've seen and smelled some gnarly things. I watch gross pimple popping videos and extreme skin condition videos all the time. There's really not much that grosses me out...however, seeing that glob of gooey wet hair come out the drain legit makes me gag lol. I don't know what it is about hair, but it freaks me out and grosses me out whenever it's not on a person's body. Even my own long luscious locks ick me out when I lose so many of them in the shower. 😂

Sorry I don’t know. Check the item details in the product description for parts you’re looking at to see if compatible.

when I deep cleaned mine, I realized that there was a special metal coating on the inside of my grill so I didn't scrape anything. I just used the soft side of a sponge and elbow grease to get most of it done and just left the stubborn parts alone. I clean my grill about once a month. once you get everything clean like that, the only thing you really have to do is suck up all the seasoning and wipe out the grease.

This was a very helpful video that inspired me to reno our old Weber Spirit II E210 gas grill. The only trouble I ran into was the "heat deflector" that came with our unit. It has to be put down under the "burner tubes" and then the "flavorizer bars" (four of them) are placed over them. I found a different video (a Weber piece) that showed where the deflector was supposed to go so I'm good. This was still a very useful video.

Here are a couple of tips that make assembly slightly easier kzfaq.infoUgkxCx5fHawkK9OoV-ojFrY8JLnZrFwAmvUt . 1) One person can assemble, but if you have a buddy to help, it will make it go faster - especially steps 1-3 and 8 (the legs aren't heavy but can be difficult to hold while screwing things in). Step 8, 1st part will take some time unless you have two more hands OR are really lucky. 2) Use a socket wrench! 3) Step 7, 3rd part - the flame carry over tube has an open side, MAKE SURE THE OPEN SIDE IS FACING THE FRONT. If it's facing the back, the tube won't work. 4) Step 10, 3rd part - if you don't have small hands (I don't, they're gigantic) getting the nut on is really difficult (but not impossible). It took me about 4 hours to assemble, but I took a "union break" every 60-90 minutes and ate a quick lunch. Also, I'm really OCD so I took my time, looked at the instructions carefully, and cleaned up as I went.

That was an incredible job. But the work involved in keeping a gas grill clean is the main reason why I stick with charcoal grills. They are 100x easier to clean.
