I thought the song was about Madonna's break up with Sean Penn?🤷 no the focus was about a rich corrupt and greedy father that cared too much about wealth but not about caring and love for his son although he tried to get his son to buy into his plans get him cars guns money women sell things make money become rich and all that but the son turned all down and said that the father cared too much about money but not about the life that the son wanted which was more about the girl and not Rob kill and steal for a profit🤦 that pissed the father off so much he pushed his son too much into it and the son just snapped had enough but it is incredibly sad I think it's a movie for a father and son to watch because a father always should show love for his own child his own son care and love for him not be greedy or selfish👎 don't take a childs life from him that's it. let him have a life he wants not you want him to have

just breaks my heart the father didnt care for his son at all didnt love him why would a father do that to his own son care about himself but not his own kids and he nearly got his son killed because of his deadly schemes the son hated his father for it all very very sad, selfish father🤦😔 i know its just a movie but still a father should always love his children.

In the 90s, I saw this movie when I was 19 years old. His music pierced my spirit, reached my heart. A part of me felt the nostalgia for the good times that listening to this soundtrack inspires. Living good moments, I heard a voice that told me "Everything happens", and knowing that youth would pass, I thanked God for each day. Today I am not young anymore and this song takes me back to the moments when everything seemed to make sense.

This is probably one of my very favorite movies of all time. Based off a true story. Sean Penn and Christopher Walken together is pure cinematic genius. I love the score.

I watched that movie for the 1st time. Really good. I think 80's & 90's movies are far better than today's. More work & thought ,better music in em back then. Sean Penn is the coolest I think.
