Day 7 and 8 I meditated on my own without the video. My thoughts really want to be active. lol Day 9 I meditated outside I found better focus on my body and breath although flys kept flying on me.

I'm not sure how long I've been practicing this meditation. At least 3 years. I'm calm, I'm in tune and no longer worry or feel anxiety. All things work out for me, even if not how I thought they would. Whenever I feel the way of the world intruding, I take a deep breath, recenter and breath out, with a smile. THANK YOU. This is for the rest of my life. 😊

I felt emotional pain before this meditation and within these 18 minutes of following the breath I felt so much peace, calm and a sense of lightness. As if nothing really matters. Thoughts feelings and emotions can have such a grip on our daily lives.. not worth it, I love equanimity rather than judging events.

Traditionally you turn your full attention to the sensation of your breathing. In your mind say, I know I’m breathing in. I know I’m breathing out. The bell is to remind you to refocus on your breath. Let all thoughts and sensations pass by as they arise. Best to watch the Beginners Vipassana video he has posted on his channel. It explains this simple practice thoroughly.

Today is my 30th consecutive day of doing this meditation,🎉 after the first week I added the 15 min. silent meditation to this so 30 mins of vipassana daily!!!! First time in my life that I've kept to a daily meditation practice for so long, it has now become a habit, can't do without it!! Have noticed tremendous change in emotional awareness, calmness and patience levels and handling stress triggers...many thanx for this video, it is a game changer!! ❤

Will try doing this for 30 days and update in the comments: Day1: ✅ I started feeling anxious while doing the meditation, had some heart palpitations too. Towards the end I was deeply drifting off into thoughts (almost sleep?) and then the 3 bells brought me back. Feel a slight confusion, like waking up after a mid day nap when your mind is kind of "off". Will return tomorrow and keep updating.
