Not very effective if you don’t know any grappling. Street fights almost always end up with the other guy trying to grapple you or slam you

How do i fix the wrist elbow and shoulder injuries? Please help, do you have a video about it?
@akhotinbxng3 сағат бұрын
You better consult with a doctor. And to prevent those injuries make sure you have time for recovery and your technique is good

I have endless headaches from hard sparring until I got into real combat sports then I realized hard sparring was all a lie well not really but hard sparring isn't good for our brains either 😂 thanks man let them know so they don't get migraines everyday 😂❤🖤

Should i hard spar once in a while, or nevera do It? I'm new into this. And i'm scared to end like many boxers with Parkinson.
@zeluszepu3 сағат бұрын
Hard sparring is not necessarily something you have to do but it is a good experience. However if you are new i wouldnt recommended hard sparring because there isnt much to gain from it yet and instead i recommend you do technical sparring with at most 70% force.

This is a GREAT video!! Source of confidence in my analysis: My dad is a senior instructor for US marine corps martial arts program. I learned all the basics of TKD, Krav Maga, Muay Boran (includes but not limited to MT), Capoeira and Wing Tsun from elementary school to when I was 15. I practiced parkour in my spare time and used to fight for fun (I still get the cravings for it) because I'm so used to the adrenaline, sweating and bruising, when he trained I trained including hunger and thirst endurance, I played soccer for 8 years and for the latter few I would play in combat boots, I could run 2 miles in 14 minutes freshman year. I stopped training for a few years while I was recovering from seizures and permanent injuries from being hit by a car in the fast lane on the freeway (it was a susu attempt). But I'm slowly getting back into it and my abs and arms have never looked better!

Thank you for sharing this. You have so much experience and vitality. Wish you full recovery as soon as possible so you can get back into martial arts

I think for running and maybe jump rope or bag work yes. But not sparring or mits as you'll have to find your rhythm. Idk man. Tyson ran with his walkman radio back in the day and he was successful.

I listen music only at long-timed runnings. Also I listen to Rocky soundtrack and some old rock musics. You need to don't listen to music while bag work because at official matches, you don't listen to music.

Music is good to listen to at certain times. Personally, I listen to music when doing strength and conditioning + shadowboxing. When on the bag and pads, no music so I can lock in on the goal. Also my gym plays music from time to time so yeah
