Well idk if it’s anxiety, but I had some type of problem where my vision became weird it was like I wasn’t real and I getting far away from my body it felt like. And I felt as if my head was a ballon. I had to keep going to the hospital and the doctors told me I was fine. I still feel a lump in my throat and I have the finger thing that does the heart and oxygen, it says I’m fine but I feel as if I can’t breathe and my throat is tight, I choke on air, water,foods. It’s become bad that I can’t deal with it anymore

Always breathe in AND out through the nose. That's what it's for. Then simply breathe as if you are asleep. A shorter inhale in, slight hold, much longer exhale and pause before breathing in again. No fingers required.

There are many different types of breath work. I encourage exploration of breathing practices like this one, box breathing, 4-7-8, and straw breathing for anyone looking to reduce anxiety. The breath is a wonderful tool and it’s always available to us.

I feel like my throat is being squeezed hard like the feeling when your holding a bad cry i hope after this exercise i can finally breathe normally! I feel like my jaw is tingling and my right hand is also tingling it's so difficult to breathe i wish this anxiety was gone it helped a little bit so i thank you so much!

If your skin is dry, you can use a small drop of moisturizer. Oil would make the skin too slippery to perform the massage effectively.

I've subconciously been suffering from anxiety all my life - really, without realizing it. But in recent years, things have gone downhill STEEPLY. I am currently experiencing it like never before, it literally feels like a heart attack or a pulmonary embolism, but I am only 17 and live healthily. I don't know how much longer I'll make it.

Hi again Rachel, there were a few times I still woke up during night sleep last night. I counted around 5 times but those are less than nights before (been 2 years already). I did this session once this morning and everything went great, until as the day goes by now it is afternoon, i felt sore again in my arm and I decided to do this session again and now better. I hope I will have so much better sleep tonight.

I just had a test which i might fail , and my parents are gonna kill me (scolding hardly and taking away my devices) . I was scared for the 2 days i mean friday i had the test and after i saw that the results were wrong i started overthinking and stressing out very much , it's now saturday and i still didnt recover but with this method i calmed down a bit.
