Yunalessca is the "skill check" boss of this game. You gotta use EVERYTHING you know about this games mechanics and the zombie mechanic in order to beat whats essentially this universes version of the jesus lmfao

Curse is a status ailment that prevents overdrive gauge to fill. If you're already full, it pretty much does nothing. FYI, Dark Aeons are a completely different level from any other bosses in the game. Yunalesca is a breeze next to them. Valefor and Ifrit are somewhat easier, but all the others are quite challenging. People often say Yojimbo and Anima are the worst. If you fight the Magus Sisters all together, they are probably even worse, but you can also fight them one by one and make them a lot easier that way. Can't wait to see how you fare against those!

Get all the fields up, load up with the killers from the S4 girls, debuff everything ... initially tried with a near meta Light team (replaced Maria with Melissa), started with the Omega one first, took quite a few turns ... 2nd one is the all Machina one, watched your video again, replaced Melissa with the double mech-killing girl, used Prompto's field on T1, OKTO. Should be a piece of ... The Dragon one had mitigation? And the one with Bahamut has 2 guys at the 1st fight? Damn ... replaced Sterne with Hyoh, fought Bahamut first, chained with a Hyoh friend ... wait, why is it so strong?! OTKOs indeed~! OK, the final dragon one, I tried using your team, but dont know how you get wind fields from Dark Fina, so I reverted to my Light team + Kaito to remove mitigation at T1 + Hyoh. Again, it worked. Why is Hyoh stronger than my Light meta team? 🤔🤔🤔

I think the bug is actually some issue with equipping Fundy when she's in a friend slot. I tried gearing mine while watching your news vid and got kicked out. The Issue Report in the news advises removing her from the companion list, so none will be found.

With so many dead weeks coming in the future I would think it would have been a better idea to release 1 ssb per week instead of dumping the all at the same time. As for the difficulty, as someone who still has a lot of battles left to do, I don't really care. I guess it would be a good idea to make it super hard to stimulate the whales into spending some more and to give good veterans something fun to do.

Hope they are hard and not disappointing as its the only real content we have had in forever.

That’s the problem with a challenge like in this game and say Elden Ring or especially earlier Souls games. This doesn’t just require to get good. You need to spend lots more additional money or time to wait for unit till it’s not meta. Trials are hard to figure out unless you go to wiki KZfaq etc. lots and lots of prep work. I prefer how FFBE was before it got so bloated.
