Best villian? Pfft hardly. Dude doesn't hold Candle to Emperor Mateus or Sepiroth, he looks like a pitiful Fool compared to those two.

Celes does have LB in shift, on her ice imbue skill, and her cooldown ability too. But since she wasn’t equipped, if you had used these, chances are you would’ve wiped anyway xD
