Thank you.. please share with others.. A short answer to your question: adding nF capacitors in the circuit prevents 7805 from oscillating and µF capacitor improves the output voltage quality, reduces ripple when your load is not constant. So it's better to use them.

Just connect a motor at the output of sensor, use L293D or ULN2003 if it requires more voltage to drive the motor.
