Well done! As a guitar player I am humbled seeing the chords, the notes and the shear energy evoked. Watching you play this makes me feel like I did when I first listened to these songs 40 years ago. Thank you for sharing this magic!

I was wondering if you could do the lesson a little bit faster. That always makes it easier. 🤣

you could probs combine stuarts and bruce's parts on this by leaving some out of each and keeping other bits for a more complete playthrough,

sounds like a cossack dance or something, adamson is very underrated

I think this is the correct way to play this. I've seen variations of different lessons and this sounds the most accurate. Maybe it's the Scottish accent that helps.

I get goosebumps just remembering the genius of Stuart and yet, the whole sound was amazing. What a band of talented, creative individuals who blended so well together. Such power, emotion and skill blended into something so distinctive that the lyrics and tunes stay with us decades later.

That was fantastic! Stuart is one of the most underrated guitar players. Not amongst BC fans obviously, but in the general discourse about great guitar players he’s rarely mentioned . I’m going to put this on x0.25 speed and work these parts out now 😅

Yamaha SG2000 I think.

@@marshallheadkt66 That would make perfect sense. I've had a green Stuart Adamson model since '84. After watching him and John McGeoch playing them for a few years (John Mc had 1000s I think) it was a dream come true. I can't say I ever managed to leap around on stage with mine on though. They weigh a ton.

you have more than a passing resemblance to the great Stuart Adamson.

I just happen to have this amp on my workbench, trying to fix a problem for my friend. The Mix circuit is not working properly. This amp uses a very very rare Stereo Jack (NC, NC, NO on the tip) and I had to fabricate one. But I am still, I am having issues. Anyone out there have the Revision 1 diagram, from April 2918? Thanks!! Tom
