Why couldn't this be made on the Volvo SPA platform used in the S60 recharge & also manipulate the powertrain from the S60 recharge to a mid-engine platform especially for the Emira since they are both made by GEELY 🙋 FROM THE T6 & T8 MODEL 🤦 THIS COULD HAVE BEEN A PLUG-IN HYBRID POWER HOUSE

Engine too loud is the issue! Our team are working hard to bring down the decibels in time for its next outing.

Its a Geely. Hopeless car round track without significant modification, terrible weight distribution not countered by RAS. Mutton dressed as lamb.

My God, Lotus cars have become incredibly ugly and porky looking cars. So sad that they've chosen to become the world's 27th Suv manufacturer instead of making lightweight cars. Chasing the overweight status symbol for porsche driving estate agent market.

Thanks for the comment! Unfortunately due to technical issues on the day, we were only able to complete one official sprint lap, this is the reason for the lack of on track footage. The car is now back in our workshop being prepped for its next outing, stay tuned for the next episode!

It would need a lot of dyno time, to tune those Webers to the cams, and increased displacement/comp. ratio. No laptop involved here. 😂

Superb looking vehicle. Green wrap works well with that interior. What's the story with lack of side 'V12' badges and the rear 'Vanquish S' badge? Is that a factory delete from the original black paint or a later removal pre wrap?

They would have been removed for the wrap, with the decision made to leave them off.

Why? It's a built 4.7L, up from the stock 3.8, with 265 hp. The 3.8 was a competitive racing engine in it's day. There are bullet-proof. They beat Ferraris at Le Mans for years. Do some research BEFORE typing.

This Mercedes was owned from new by my Grandma's closest friend, Mrs Edith Croft of Clifton House, Fulwood, Preston. I remember going out in the car as a small child, precariously balanced on the area behind the front seats. It was bright red with a cream interior back then and from memory always had the hardtop fitted.

I have a few very important Porsches with very little miles - aka 959, 73Rs... I wonder on your thought on if they will hold values? I fear that the next generation -- the electric generation -- the uber generation -- will they value the older manual transmission cars in 20 years from now?
