I was just reading the book ‘Surely you’re joking, Mr. Feynman!’ In which Ukonu is mentioned. He gave Feynman some drumming lessons in the 1950s and they played together. Feynman wonders what happened to Ukonu after he left for Nigeria, with the knowledge of the war following soon after. Very interesting to hear some of his actual music from the time and find out what became of him, thank you for posting this.
