I liked the STC that made the Castigator class Titan, standing so tall that Imperator class titans look slight by comparison by only reaching the larger class titan's waist.

The overall lore seems to point to that the "Men of Stone" were some kind of clones (I always assumed they were non-humanoid robots, like AI construction vehicles and spaceships, but I am apparently wrong lol), and the modern Leagues of Votann appear to be a surviving variety of these. It's a bit difficult to fit all the lore together, because some of the lore is VERY old, and wasn't necessarily written with the intent of fitting with modern lore.

GW could really make a great series setting in this period, Like they did with the HH all the factions are there. Reunification wars. Conquer the world one faction at a time, the techno barbarian hordes vs the golden light of the Emperor who seeks unity for his grand vision. Plot and scheme against ruthless warlords and their hordes to end them one by one. The Emperors proto- space marines and thunder warriors against the nightmares of the old night. I wonder if someone has already 3d printed miniatures and modified rules for this setting.....

Nah this is stupid. The lore is overlapping and repeating itself - this is like the Emperor is a Space Marine Chapter Master to a set of cosmic Primarchs who answer to a cosmic Emperor or something.

Welp i just had a massive arguement with a few friends, basically i was saying that the Emperor can't be a human and that hes most likely a creation of the old ones that has evolved (like how the eldar pantheon were originally engines of war and then they evolved over time) or hes an AI from old night. And my mates literally called me a retard. Guess i was right lol.

I think is more; the armor of the custodes us made of aura-mite, which should be a metamaterial. The equipment is made of quantum mechanics (the pulse sword and so on), and the genetic engineering, needs to be done with nano technology. But....the real cost, is that these superhuman soldiers are made from the warp, or have warp elements. Gene seed of the astartes is a controlled warp implantation; you become "magical and sacred", they are not just regular organs. Thunder warriors, had the problem that this warp implantation was not fully functional. So yeah, custodes are really invaluable because of the "supreme" warp implantation techniques applied to them by da emprah. I wonder how much would the gene seed organs from the astartes would cost today, in our time.
