Lion is in the very least stronger than leman since he was able to beat angron in a 1v1 duel and not only beat him but kill/banish him. The only other primarch to do that was sanguinius. You can argue that leman trapped angron but during their duel leman was essentially thinking to himself that angron was too strong and too fast for him. I'm ready for to see how strong that brew of space wolf fan cope is.
