I was on a Board for Soccer in our Town. We started a ban on parents criticizing referees. The first week this started one of the other board members was criticizing a 17 year old girl referee. That was the end for me.

Refs were biased from what I observed several fouls against the orange team were not called including 2 I would probably call yellow cards against the blue & white team. Also the orange team just needs to play soccer and not complain so much I understand it is frustrating when calls are not going your way but if you play a lot you just understand sometimes this happens and shouting at the refs never gets a better result.
