One of the dialogues say 'Using a cloth causes cancer'. That's so wrong! It is possible only when the cloth or cloth plastic is not washed properly, not dried properly in sunlight and if the personal hygiene is maintained. I have been using cloth and cloth pads since so many years. The good quality disposable sanitary pads are made up of plastic and harmful chemicals that are hazardous for the body and contact of such chemicals with the body can cause cancer.

How can we donate a pad.

It is just a simple process that happens with every girl and woman. I don't understand why many people consider it as a taboo or something disgusting.The process of menstruation in women should be taught in every school of India so that every boy understands a woman's pain.

I'm a 14 year old girl from 2018 I am force to follow period taboo rules i can't touch any utensils, can't enter kitchen for 2 days and can't enter temple until cycle ends and it's shame when I say to my mother she says it's in a dirty condition so you need to stay seperate 😭 I'm following this nonsense since I was 11 year old

As a mensural hygiene trainer,it was shocking that many girls and women undergo so much pain due to lack of proper hygiene.Majority of them use cloth and due to this,there are many school dropouts.Good eco friendly sanitary napkins is need of the hour and also they should be made tax-free and easily available.Good initiative.Everyone should support it
