Your powerful resilience, your truth and your ability to rebuild your Self and your life is magnificent craft with intelligence. I wish I could see you surfing, it would be such a magnficent combo to see the physical with the inner strength all expressed in the open raw energy of the mighty ocean.

What an incredible story and discovery Siamon. There are so many practices and modalities out there that claim to be the "cure," however they're all missing this one aspect-creating a felt sense of safety in the body. I'm grateful for the sessions you've done with me & how they've helped me move through difficult spaces & the crazy change in my life. I'm excited to see how many people you serve and the lives that change because of this practice. Thank you for choosing to use your life experiences & challenges to discover this powerful tool. 🙏🏼🌱🔓🦋

Thank u Ari and Siamon for this priceless chat! I'll do my best to get my girl to watch, slow down and rewind many parts of this 'discovery' conversation. We both need to digest all said, reflect and have many chats. I'm a single, deaf mum who's basically raised my girl with almost zero community aside from her schooling environment and it's touch and go with church community. That might seem far stretched but it's true. Immediate family dysfunctional to put it mildly, much trauma added over the long term hence we are on silent mode for a year and counting. Now 20 odd years later our situation has hit us full force. I've been more masculine and always working to earn a living, etc. The absence of nurturing and community has done us both in. Tried to build friendships over the years with some families, yet get the feeling most rule a tight ship with a young kid not welcome even if it's the rare visit. How's a kid to learn 'normal' family dynamics? Very grateful that I stumbled on both yr video and transcript

In regards to the ‘C-‘ level men and women who have disproportionally an athletic background. The ‘C’ is not down from ‘A’ or ‘B’ level staff, but comes from Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Operations Officer, etc… Hence ‘C-suite’. ;-)

Consuming mb @0.7 mg / kg orally . After 1 hr i feel energetic . It really helps in meditation. And helps in activating pineal gland . 0.3 mg / kg is more than enough if taken as iv . Because it directly rushes to central nervous system. Once it is in your body , it goes everywhere and every cell .

Hi Phillip, Thanks for your question. I have been studying health science for nearly 30 years, have a B.S. in exercise science, multiple training certifications, and an M.S. in human nutrition. I also have extensive graduate level education in psychology, and subjects like immunology, genetics, epidemiology, biochemistry, and physiology. Roughly 20,000-30,000 more education in nutrition, and exercise, and lifestyle science. (In contrast to less than 20 hours of education in these subjects for most MDs). Thanks for asking.

The crisis of ill health is not the lack of knowledge but rooted in political economy of CAPITALISM where men and women are only means of greater wealth accumulation and concentration for a few. The Earth is our macro body and our individual body the micro epigenetic resonance.. Being fearful is the objective conditions of our wage slavery in a monopoly market system of artificial scarcity to perpetuate poverty for political control ..... If we don't deal how we are regulated for wage slavery nothing will get better if not getting worse ...

I don't think whatever you believe to be the antidote to the problems of a capitalist system (Marxism?) will fix the health problems society faces today.

My granddaughter has inherited two negative mitochondria genes from both parents, she is severely mentally and physically disabled, she is now 13 years old, unfortunately we don't know how long we have her for. I never even knew about this condition until my granddaughter was diagnosed, I had to learn so much. The mitochondria is like a battery which sends out the energy to where it needs to go around our bodies, unfortunately her batteries are totally dead. My granddaughter is quite rare apparently and is now in the academic books for research and study.
