I cant help myself with this game and do a lot of this. It's too damn aesthetically pleasing not to. Whereas I can play something like Starcraft and give not a single damn about how my base looks, this... Nah. I need several blacksmiths. I need a wall around my entire region. My farms need the sheep alive. And for god sake, leave the wild animals alone, they look pretty!

Actually the 0:55 its not noob ,greedy/troll maybe yeah.That tactic/strategy blocks and also scout at same time the opponents before they reach at your base , especially the enemy villagers that try to found resources.Plus...some veterans ,from start they making base near on their opponent than to make the normal one ,and if they built towers near at your base you are mostly dead becouse of loosing villagers and less army to down the towers.And yeah ,i lost game becouse from start of the game with the starter army unit he pursuit and down my villagers without think that he ruched from start of the game like that hahaha

Despite the mangudai being demoted I would still argue they are the best unit in the game. They're super fast and pack a punch with their attack, when attacking in a group they'll just rip apart anything that comes at them while running around in circles.

I played starcraft first so I thought the only way to win was killing your opponent, imagine my surprise when I was butchering everyone with my superior apm that one friend went into the corner and slowly got all the relics and turtled with like 10 layers of walls 😂 and won

Using trees as endcaps for walls is a classic new player move in these types of games like age of, and war selection. I do it too sometimes, but usually when im ready, ill cut them down and fill in the wall. Two friends of mine who were new to WS made the same mistake, and i decides it was the perfect opportunity for a teaching moment xD One friend built a shitload of towers behind her wall with trebs behind them like "fuck yeah, what now?" And i used my chinese rockets to blow apart her trees and sent my cav in to slaughter her workers while my infantry sauntered in 😂 She was like "what the fuck!?"
