Well, we had tball practice, during which I listened and watched on my phone when I could. Got home in about the 7th inning, so just a couple of beers!

I’ll planning to fertilize tomorrow as well, but we don’t have much rain in the forecast. I hope I don’t scare it all away!

Thanks for the reply! I lived in Florida ( had horses- had the best vet ever- my Morgan show horse had a lot of problems) we moved to Alabama - my horses passed- now I’m doing cows. Herefords specifically. I went to a class to AI - been successful at that. I have an awesome vet here too! Love her! But we are so rural she can’t do farm calls. My biggest thing is castrating bull calves. I feel more comfortable banding- she says no- but I’ve never been taught ( the other way) what is your opinion and can you do a video on it? I’m a small cattle person- I have 25 cows- all have names and are tame. I’m just trying to do better.

We moved our only open heifers that we wanted to breed back home last month and they are running with the cowherd. Currently, we have all 3 bulls running with them, so he’s with them now.

I’ll call you next time and have you in charge of pain management while we save the cow’s life!

That's what I was talking about helping/saving your cow. Who knows how long she had that infection and pain, and your monologuing was very long. A nice short intro and what you need to do should be efficient. And mister, you're a jerk.

Probably my favorite part of every day. Early morning. Cup of coffee. Listening to them munching grass. All before the chaos of the day starts.
