I must agree that the Taboada Balintawak curriculum is clear and straightforward - especially when learning at a distance (or during Covid - when i started learning)! The community is also very friendly!

Vulpes designs are always of such high quality. I own half a dozen of them and even without an edge they feel like they can do some serious damage if you want, and really inspires the imagination. Sometimes I just leave mine out where I’ll see them and just seeing them makes me want to just start swinging and it always makes my day better. Even more so if you’re like me and make a lot of custom design requests to Chris to really make it your own. Having your brain baby come into reality and be ready to smash some pumpkins is so cool.

@nigelsanford7136 Dog Brothers is possibly the best example of what FMA can and should look like for full contact fighting.

There are some mean nasty people on the internet who just want to spread hate because they are hurting on the inside themselves. No one has a right to call him insulting names or say rude things to him, especially in his comments on IG. However, some people have been following this man for many years now and have wanted to see him succeed on his journey. I understand a weight loss journey isn't as black and white as some would believe and there are bumps/things in life that could happen that can make it difficult at times to go to the gym consistently. It's easy to fall back into what brings us comfort as humans. For some that's drinking, for others it's gambling, for some it's food. It would be one thing if he was on his own personal account on social media and I mean that in a sense of adding your friends and family and sharing your journey along the way of your day to day activities seeing if you can make it to your goal. It's another thing entirely when you yourself promote an entire social media page to something and say you will lose the weight, that you want your viewer base to go on this trip with you, you promote a healthy active lifestyle, you call yourself a fitness influencer and an athlete. You do all these things and yet show no signs of progress over the course of 5 years, yes those people you asked to go along are going to ask questions since YOU promoted it. It's okay to ask questions at one point, "Yo man, what's going on, you started this 4 years ago and you kind of look the same dude you need some tips or advice?" That doesn't mean someone is being rude or someone is hating. I stopped following JHub about a year ago, this just randomly popped up in my feed and I recognized the name. I want to see the dude succeed, I mean that, I know a few of us who watched him back in 2019 or 2020 want to also. But the man takes zero accountability for his diet. He ALWAYS dances or just out right ignores any comments or questions about his diet. Which is clearly out of control. I say this in the most respectful way I can but it looks like he is at his heaviest right now. You can't promote something, especially fitness, weight loss and being an athlete, swear by it, makes vows to the Lord and your followers like he has that he would be on the ball and make that progress only to start blocking people or ignoring people who start asking some of those questions. I believe at one time he was serious about the weight loss, I think he fell in love with the feedback he was getting on IG, all the likes and positive comments and it brought him another form of comfort and he lost sight of why he initially started. He once said in a response he was eating 1500 calories a day when asked. That would be on par with a drunk driver slurring his words with one eye half closed and the other rolling in the back of his head telling the Cop he had two bud lights before he left the bar. That's when I unfollowed.

as always great conversation, refreshing to hear open and honest dialect about martial arts, long may it continue, but we all know honesty doesn't sell seminars, feeling like john wick and tactical adrenaline hits do, you never know 'open and honest' might be the way forward, i hope so, GN was the first to message me 'the single baston alphabet' as a way to practice, just to help me get better, we need more of this

I am 5"11 220. 6"4 220 u should have no issue on a back tuck. I do airflares, 1 hand hops, corscrews, at my weight. Once you learn back tuck, corkscrew, butterfly twist, websters, 540 hook kick, armada dupla, etc, u learn explosive gravity that will help you in martial arts for spinning back kicks, etc. Basically doing explosive kicks that come out of nowhere in the cage. Being a bboy helps me on the ground in a scrimmage. I can pull rubber guard out of my culo. I understand how to be on all 4's on the ground via. 6 step, swipes, babyfreezes, etc. I have the 4th strongest spinning back kick in the world. 1) Michael Jae White 2) Scott Atkinds 3) Random TKD on fight science episdoe 4) Me 5) Joe rogan.
