I am a physiotherapist with 30 years experience and postgraduate qualifications. Your video displays your ignorance of the subtleties of managing patients with back pain. You are stuck in a 30 year out-of-date biomedical model that actual health professionals have long since moved on from. I implore anyone who watches this to take their painful back to a real health professional who is trained to safely diagnose their symptoms.

Great series of stretches. Is the amount of time you spent in this video the exact amount of time you want to spend on each stretch? I know it was intended to be at the end of a workout, but if we were to take this sequence and do a good 20 or 30 minutes, is that overdoing it?

I found this video quite disrespectful and obnoxious, but not helpful. I just want to know what to do.

I have outward pointed feet, and when I step my feet roll inward from the outer foot. The front of my lower legs and the ankle swell and lock up painfully after only a short walk. I've watched a few videos and I still can't figure out of that's pronation or supination or what kind of shoe would help fix it.

This is EXACTLY they type of biomechanics understanding that I'm looking for in a trainer for my daughter. Do you do remote training? How can I find a successful coach that will change her biomechanics of running. She is a fantastic softball pitcher but she is and has always been a very slow runner. And I watch her movements compared to others and I know she needs her biomechanics fixed. How should I approach a trainer and what questions should I be asking them? And again, is this something you can do for her?

This review is off by far. Rowing will cause wear and tear? REALLY? Tell that to the Marines, LOL. You can row too much? OT is not meant to be the ONLY activity in life, but a complement/supplement to it. I’m sure doing ONLY Gymnazo would be problematic too. So….takeaway from this video - don’t do Orangetheory, row, or do a treadmill because you will injure yourself. Geesh. What BS.

Funny, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... I just go'ogled the latest by Mario Volpstein, it's so much easier and potent now!

Hey, I came across your content, and I must say you're doing an excellent job with it. However, you may need some help with video editing and overall management, which happens to be my area of expertise. Would you be open to me sending you a video I've prepared with some tips for improvement to increase your channel growth and increased ROI? If so, please share your best email. If not, no worries!

Hi, I've been limping for 7 years due to a bad knee and now I'm limping for the sake of limping to oversimplify my story. I've been trying to explain to at least 10 medical professionals over the years how my now uneven hips make the one good leg shorter, which alone makes me limp, nobody could see that the hip of the affected leg is higher and turned in slightly. I can see it, I can feel it, I can measure it. Your video was my missing link. This one simple exercise you showed already put my foot of the shorter leg back on the ground and I've only tried it once. I put my limping leg behind and moved my (higher) hip around carefully. I have a herniated disc at L5/S1 because of the limp and because I was left alone to work on my hips and posture and in my dispair I did... I am aware that I shouldn't force your exercise on my body right now so I'll be very gentle or postpone it altogether. But it will make me come out of the vicious circle. Thank you!

THANK YOU for talking about more than releasing the glutes!!! Wonderful and important information. I teach Pilates and am always drawing inspiration from other people and perspectives. I especially love the ‘reins of a horse’ metaphor for the hammies🤓. More often than not, I have students with weak (and tight) glutes paired with duck feet- so looking at realignment floor to core. Either way, the same areas you present here are key places to explore for balance of strength/length. Thanks again!

Ropeflow is so deceptive! Advanced ropeflow gives you the agility of a dancer, the coordination of a pole vaulter and mental focus of a boxer. The drawback is that many people won’t invest the time to learn it.

Your input is quite misinformative here. I´ve used the mckenzie-method for over 25 years i physioterapy in a c u t e p h a s e s of backpain or sciatica when there is an indication that the disc is the cause of the problem to treat the pain, and it is quite effective. Once the pain eases, you can move in to the cause of the pain etc. For you to blacklist the method like this is not good. And what is your source of knowledge about the method here, other youtubers...?
@leeposton1664
@leeposton1664 4 ай бұрын
This is actually hilarious You have no idea what the McKenzie method even is. You start by getting on your stomach. That’s not the McKenzie method. That’s a position used in the System. The method is an assessment system to classify nonspecific low back pain, which therefore increases success of treatment. we don’t just throw random treatment as low back. Low Back Pain treatment has been proven to be direction specific. And there are certain benchmarks you have to achieve. Often clinicians or “trainers” get clients better by simply getting people moving, which is awesome. But if you don’t achieve these certain benchmarks. Low back pain will always recur. 50 to 60% of the time within a year studies show. . You obviously have had no training in the method so you should probably walk this one back big guy. For what it’s worth I use the MacKenzie method and have since 1999 and we have an established reputation as the spine clinic.
