Just on the neje shop and I was trying to get the max 4 with the extended bit with the aluminium cutting bed is that still available and it had air asist with it is that all you need or do you need your own air supply I went on the ebay shop and you don't have the same offers the extention only comes with belts and no aluminium cutting bed and they don't sell the air asist on the shop they do but no uk plug hope you can help as im a newbie

Hiii,the [Max 4 E80 Large Area Kit] is in very low stock and not on ebay.It comes with fish air pump and we send you uk plug.The fish air pump is used for thin materials.We suggest you to order a 5-8 bar air compressor if you frequently cut thick materials.

Hi,mechanically diode laser can't cut through aluminum materials and transparent acrylic.But it can cut through thin stainless steel.

Hi,do you mean the configuration in Lightburn or ,the small air pump is like a fish pump you know,and the big air compressor is a 5-8 bar one,and there is one more air filter regulator.

Hi,there.The distance between the laser head and material is 4mm if you are using E40.The settings are different for different materials so you'd better have a test before you make a project.You can let me know the material you use and I'll tell you a parameter to start!BTW,it's suggested to use Lightburn software to run NEJE machine,NEJE software is just a bridge to make NEJE machine more functional with Lightburn.

5000mm/min,don't need to set speed,it's only the blade.And be very careful when you set the height of the z axis.The heat transfer vinyl is too thin,so the parameter need to be super accurate.Remember to do tests on small piece first.

Hi my friend,it's a old video so I went back to check the video.This is how it work:You can assemble your module to any height you want,not just 17mm.And then you adjust the focus knob until you see the smallest focus point.Then you are ready to go. The principle is:N40630 is a zoom focus laser module,so you can always adjust the focus knob to find a smallest focus point at any height.

Can I combine the automatic relay for internal small air assist with electromagnetic valve for external stainless steel? So small air assist is always running and large one only when necessary?

The small air assist's function is to protect lens inside of the laser module from dust out side.So we suggest you to use small air assist with internal air tube.Use 5-8 bar air assist with external stainless air tube.

Hiii,we suggest you to use usb when transferring the file.It's faster.After you transfer the file,you can unplug the usb cable.Don't need to use bluetooth or usb cable then.Cause the file is already in the machine's main board.
