Absolutely beautiful natural curls. So thick and healthy. I have curly hair myself but my mom is white and my dad is black. I have really thick 3a and 3b hair type. I had always straightened it and I have been embracing and learning to care for my hair which I never fully knew how. I am for the first time getting braids done in a couple days and your channel helps me learn how to care for my hair before and after getting it styled.

You have a thicker texture of hair and you would benefit from a Keratin treatment. A silk press would not cut it because your hair was reverting toward the end of the video and I know it reverted even more once you stepped outside.

People should stop telling people how to brush their hair. People brush their hair in directions that works best for them. With that said, I have the old school Denman brushes and I am a faithful Tangle Teezer user. However, I am going to purchase the Denman D38 brush. I wish they made the Denman brush with multiple length bristles because that is what I love about the Tangle Teezer. I feel that having multiple length bristles detangles easier.

I have this and I absolutely hate it! I have the brush and comb used it one time. The paddle comb (brush) kept falling out of my hand so I wrapped rubber bands around it to get some grip. I never used it again and it is so expensive so it was a waste of money.
