I’m 16 and have been smoking rlly bad fake stuff from this cart for about 2-3 months every day. I quit about 50hrs ago and I feel HORRIBLE. I’m matching all the beginning symptoms with CHS.

People lied to me and said vaping was harmless. BIGGEST lie I've been told in a while.

And for anyone who hasn't picked up a vape, please, I beg you DON'T DO IT. It's so incredibly addictive and so fast. Before you know it you are hooked. I was with a very abusive boyfriend. In my sadness I picked up his vape and now it's MY vape addiction. I can't begin to describe how I hate it and the negative effects of this filthy habit. He and I are OVER but I wish I had turned to God to heal my broken heart, NOT a vape!!

I HAVE to do it. I HAVE to. It been a real bag to carry and I am SICK of it. I've lost my self respect and lots of $$. I HATE this filthy habit. May God help me to do it!

The insomnia is crazy.. its Probably one of the hardest things I have ever gone through . I’ve been an advocate smoker for 25 years every day all day .. I am on day 17 with weed free. I’m glad to read these posts. It really helps a lot.

Today is day 3 since I went cold turkey on weed and nicotine. I’ve been a chronic smoker for about 5 years now. There’s no worse torture that I’ve felt than the instant regret I was feeling after every joint for the final 2 years into my addiction. The withdrawal symptoms are crazy but there’s no longer that torturous feeling of regret. And for that reason alone I am willing to continue to go down this dark tunnel until I find that light.

I stopped smoking entirely because I had some vicious CHS episodes, but i started smoking again like a month ago, but just during the weekend. I’d rather smoke less than not smoke at all. I can’t imagine my life without 🌱 in it.

For the first time in 7 years I can proudly say that I’m 13 days sober. I know it’s only a few short days, but so far I already feel a million times better. Get through the first 72, focus on staying strong through the first week, then it gets much easier I promise! Thank you Dr. Frank!

Smoked weed everyday for 20 years from the time I woke up until the time I went to sleep then decided one day to stop. Had ZERO weed withdrawals. Ben on painkillers longer than 20 years & there's NO comparison opiate withdrawals are literal HELL ON EARTH.

I’ve been in a way edging myself with withdrawal symptoms. What I’ve been doing the past 6 months is quitting my vape for 3-5 days just to get through the absolute worst of it, then I hit it again for like 3 days then repeat this cycle for like 6 months now. Idk why I do it but I don’t think it’s helping. My mind tells me, I though through the worst of it, hitting it now isn’t that bad. Idk y I do this

Those double inhales are just like hitting a vape/cig i pretended to vape n it helped me relax its exactly 2 short inhales and a long exhale
@SoldOut4JESUS7 сағат бұрын
This might be horrible advice, but if your really desiring nicotine (after a few days) smoke a whole cigarette or hit a vape hard a few times, it will make you sick remembering how disgusting and sick i felt helped me when i was craving, like yea idw that

Weed saved my life. I took antidepressants for years and still couldn't escape my suicidal thoughts and during this depression I became a writer, built a company and worked in many fields and still I was unhappy. After a stroke of fate, I abruptly stopped taking antidepressants and by chance I came to weed and gave it a chance. I've been feeling much better since then, I feel life again and not the darkness that constantly haunted me. If you don't like weed, fine, you should stop, but remember, there are high-functioning people who need weed to stay alive. I didn't feel anything like laziness or sluggishness; I now have more energy for all my other hobbies. It's a miracle plant, but that's just my opinion.

The negative effects of marijuana is that you become lazy. Life is to boring without a smoke.

Good job man. Unsolicited advice I’ve quit cigs a few times . I know nowadays it’s way different with nicotine levels. Just don’t over think it. Stay busy. It’s not H or opiates. You’ll be aight.
