I am also having difficulties. Just no response from a short press of the 'v' button. Still controlling com1 only. Do I need to set something up in order to use this? Confused.

I press the V button and I cannot control the 430. Msfs takes me to Controls options for the 430 and it has no assignments. The 530 disappears from the controls options menu when I try this.

I think you might be holding the V button for too long. This is how you would switch to 430 out side of the sim. Then open MSFS2020 and the 430 will be in options.

Absolutely. Our units use the G1000 from the sim so it will reflect what you have in the sim for a particular airplane with G1000

We are looking into this but since there is no spare button and the number of buttons quite large, it's a bit convoluted. We might not release it in the production but we might publish the update as an unsupported feature on our community assets for more advanced users.

Is it possible to put air manager GA gauges on the G1000 screen to simulate aircraft that don’t have a G1000. Curious to see a video where the rotaries and buttons on G1000 bezel are used to control steam gauges heading, OBS 1 and 2 etc. I’m thinking about getting a sim builder g1000 as an all around solution and smaller G530 to streamline my system. I think the versatility of this unit might open up the market for those who want versatile hardware that can be a one size fits all.

Sure, you can by using something like Mobiflight to do the mapping. We have a video showing the process

I have 1 flightsimbuilder G1000 for PFD. They are awesome, but I need a second one for the MFD. That panel would work great with my Virtual Flight Yoko+ and V3rnio. I would also need to more monitors for the outside view.

I want to create a g3000 gtc using POPM and air manager. There is a tbm 930 gtc bezel on simstrumentation/GitHub that I’d like to make operational. Will Mobiflight do this? Thanks. Bruce

I followed all the instructions for XPlane11 but cannot get the unit to stop mirroring my monitor. The GPS screen without the bezel can be moved to the FSB unit but I still see everything that is on my monitor.

Is this still relevant with the latest versions of both MSFS and the FSM GNS530 (Summer 2023)? I’m referring to the bit about downloading and installing a joystick app?

Yes, sure. Our units work as a joystick out of box so the additional app is really just a simple mapping until MSFS adds these in the controls

I have three main monitors connected to GPU and the G1000 connected to motherboard. I still have a few ports available on the GPU
