satan is deceiving the whole world. Convincing people he's not real, there's no savior, and there's peace if you kill yourself. The Holy Scriptures says something different. "We wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities and against powers and rulers of darkness of this age and wicked spiritual host (army) in the heavenlies." Remember Jesus was tempted by satan to kill himself. His response "Thou shall not tempt the Lord thy God." The Creator said he's here to give us hope and a future. We under grace, giving us time to choose him or satan. The scriptures says "Its appointed to man once to die and then the judgement." Repent, meaning stop doing your will and do Gods will. By obeying the laws, statues and commandments. It's a battle for your soul. Heaven or hell. The choice is yours.

I no longer care what others think of me, and I no longer live a life according to other people's wishes. I think drugs create depression, or maintain it. My depression didn't go away with medication, because the medication is only a symptomatic treatment and not a cure. It wasn't until I threw away the drugs and faced my problems that my recovery was possible. I don't know a single person who was cured of mental problems with medication.

Stop blaming suicide on mental illness. People kill themselves for a variety of reasons. My father killed himself in 2013, according to my sister, because he was being blackmailed by his wife and step-daughter. His health had been declining and he knew they had control over him. He was always an independent entrepreneur, and the thought of being controlled by others was unbearable. He did what he needed to do. I understand this. I have tried to kill myself when being controlled by someone else. We need freedom to be who we are without apology.

The lack of sense and deep connection is hitting modern men hard because men are providers and protectors. In the modern world, everything is and will be provided by others. Put yourself in a position where you are irreplaceable. For example, give yourself the reason to do it for your family (mother and father), or do it for your children and wife, or do something for those in need. The service you provide for others is the service you receive yourself. I think many people who reach the point of "everything is senseless" are missing an important bridge. It is true that there is no inherent meaning in life, but the meaning of living is giving yourself a reason to live. And the strongest reason for a man to live is to be in a role of irreplaceability for others. For example, there has been a study on concentration camp survivors in Germany. Most of the survivors had a reason to survive: the reason to see their loved ones again and to tell people about the cruelty that happened there. A reason to live gives you superpowers, and if you struggle with that, just go and help others in need. Help the homeless, help the elderly, or help a stranger on the street, and do it for them so you will do it for yourself. And look the people in the eyes when you help them. And there will be a feeling of meaning in your life and there will be a feeling of deep connection in your life.

Some others have shared this same sentiment before you, but never with such clear, concise visuals to match. I'm not sure if it is intentional, but the more playful beginning of the video transitioning into the statements that resonate perfectly. I am sharing this with those around me in hopes that we all can be a bit more understanding in this world.

It seems as if you are conflating stoicism and fatalism. Stoicism teaches to accept the circumstances and move forward towards your duty to be virtuous, not to submit to circumstances and resign.

great video, the last sentence should be displayed at least at popular spots used for that purpose :/ i had a great displeasure of watching this young woman do her last jump, and you ask yourself - why such a young, beautiful and promising lady did it? i think its because the shadows of depression clouded her mind, and she didn't have then the mental strength to look ahead to think something alike "this great (perceived?) pain I'm in now will pass, maybe in a week or in a month, but there is so much more to look forward to, not only the present"

Life can be very good if you learn some lessons, the first and most important is learn to don't give a fuck for what people think of you, be silly, dance, listen to the great musicians (myself I love the 70s vibes), do carity, learn jokes to tell a strange in the subway, make sex and eat a got damn burger with a lot cheese, start a collection ( movies, art, toys whatever just something you can fill you heart with joy) and trust God is real and he will be very sad if you give up on you, animals are good company to I lost a couple of them and I happy for the time I could spent with them, life is a gift and I am grateful to the journey so far

Short: It is a head space we all get into at some point. It isnt a illness. It is a part of the human condiction. We are made to pair up. Made to interact with another(to a point). I am middle aged. I did try. Just make sure to check on people you care about. If able, give someone random a hug or a laugh time to time. Just a headspace. Little things can knock you back out of it.

Good one. This was very necessary. IMO the ONLY reason this has become a thing EVERYWHERE at the SAME TIME is because this is a CONSPIRACY to DERAIL the ACTUAL FEMINIST movement and RESET the world into a power balance that favors men. They are MANIPULATING the common men and women into thinking THIS is what FEMINISM is but it is NOT FEMINISM. It is a DELIBERATE and PLANNED manipulation of the masses to STOP the REAL FEMINISM MOVEMENT. WE THE PEOPLE NEED TO SEE THIS FOR THE MANIPULATION THIS IS. It is a global conspiracy to divide and rule.

July 3rd I had to call the suicide hotline twice. Both times I was told I wasn't 'severe' enough because I wasn't planning. Two days later I was naked, crying, and just shaking in front of a fan by myself on a linoleum floor. This video sums up perfectly how I was thinking about the selfish nature of it. I didn't want to die, obviously. I am still here. But I was fighting for my life and when I would call someone I would get told, 'you aren't severe' enough and 'you're too far gone for me to help so I will give you to someone else' When you are in the middle of wanting to die, seeing those flames come closer, and someone just passes you off...that's not even darkness. It becomes pitch within your soul. Am I still thinking about it every day? Yes. But I am also talking to anyone who will listen that won't put me in a straight jacket again. We need help, not something pushed on us at the breaking point.

Another script of " do it yourself " No better example to show a guy that actually went out of the hole by a big sucess but what about the other millons do not have the ability to explode a hype podcast? Believing that yourself is the one to blame to not be conscientious about the situation you are going thru is another ego perspective. The problem is social and the solution is social too.

Certain people in my personal life that took their lives came as a shock, some didn't, I loved Anthony Bourdain. But for me, the greatest shock was Dave Mirra, he was kinda like a role model of mine growing up and I met him once when he was in the UK. He was the happiest bloke I have ever met. So, if he could do it, we all could xx Love you lads, stay strong
