My remote looks the same but different

Try 2 things: 1. Replace the batteries if the red light isn't bright or it doesn't stay on 2. Try unpairing the remote from the light strip (turn off and on, then hold Speed DOWN until it blinks) and then do the pairing steps. I had to do both for mine to work but now it does. I think the remote is going to use up a lot of batteries because mine only lasted like 2 weeks with some brand new batteries.

Mine didn’t have a switch...and when I plug my lights in it’s just white, I forgot how to fix it..I’m doing the speed and it won’t work still.

This is bs! I dont have a switch and I tried everything yall said. Still dont work. I'm stuck on a solid white light. Only time I see multiple of colors is when I unplug it and halfway plug it back in.
