Great video. As much as this game didn't live up to Shadow hearts 1 and 2 in my opinion, I'm still really fond of it. I manage to do every single side activity in the game, even taking enemies pictures to unlock Awaker's ultimate move. Also the battle system was at its finest in this one.

My favorite character was clive in 1and 2. He was such a pain in the dick to recruit but if you put the double beat and fury runes on him he SLAPS from the back line

Unlike suikoden 2 most unite attacks in suiko V don't have clear ideas, no teamwork, just two or more characters attacking in turn. And still not mention how terrible the screen angle is.

hate that games are so expensive to make these days cuz it's all about the graphics, we'll never have games as complex as Suikoden from major studios again, indie studios will take the baton

the most of the attacks you dont use because 1. the character are paralysed for 1 turn and cant act but i think not the victor flik attack what is good because its rare to have a combo with 2 rune slot user so you can boost them too. Sometimes i take them to the end but most i use the 3 rune user like killey and sheena and boost them with double attack, double hit and raging rune more worth then a rune end attack most enemies get half magic dmg

you forgot the hero attack with sui1 and sui2 hero

Chris and Sarah have got to be my most favorite characters. My Chris was a beast back then, she can solo fights even the strategy battles.

The suikoden games were legit. The back story had so much depth.

Suikoden 4 better. 5 feels such a downgrade.

Eiyuden’s Hero combos have good animations but their damage is not as good as having the characters involved attack individually.
