There's a co worker at my job she's a Jehovah's Witness and she has a teenage daughter and she doesn't let her daughter date at all because Jehovah's Witnesses don't let teenagers date at all because they think that teenagers are too young to be dating and Jehovah's Witnesses view dating is when a person wants to select a marriage mate and they're ready for marriage

No headship in the homes. Many black women are very angry and hurt because when a great deal of black men reach success they forget the black lady who suffered and toiled with them over the years and also who they hang around with The older black men are no example to the young men because they are looking for young kids to have a relationship with they say it makes them young in truth and fact the young girls are looking for money. I believe totally in what you are saying it is Jesus Christ who makes the difference. The gospel is the only way.

I didn’t understand your “financial boundaries “. And it’s really weird for men to ask a woman about this on first date🫣

No one wants to look back at their history, ancestors, and cultures PRE-Christianity but we ALL should. We should all look at how we were made into Christians against our will! Christianity is a weapon of mass destruction as is with all religions and god concepts. Every religion, even the early African spirituality and every god concept (including the early African, greek, and Roman gods) are all lies. Works of fiction and imaginary characters are created to ensure the rich/powerful/elites of every society stay in power at the cost of everyone else. Religion/god beliefs are what create the class war and this toxic hierarchy of power instead of equality, equity, and sustainability. This means the ideal outcome for every human being is to drop religion and god belief entirely. We all should be non-religious atheists. All of us. As that keeps us focused on reality, the actual means and solutions to problems, and focuses us on our REAL family/friends and communities instead of wasting it on imaginary gods. When we rid ourselves of religion and god belief entirely we gain the freedom, empowerment, and equality we deserve! No one is better than another or closer to some imaginary god than another. We are all people. All family. All human and all African. All this religion, church, and god stuff is what is killing us all and making us kill each other. It is wrong to have any level of god belief and religiosity. I'm sick of it. Instead of having these beliefs at all, you can empower yourself by admitting "I don't know." Be honest and admit that everything you believe is something you don't really know anything about but WISH was true. This puts you on the path to enlightenment to learn more about history, science, education, and research. That is what we all need to be doing instead of believing our lives away.

My boyfriend raises his voice on me , drinks bear and does not really speed time with God a lot coz he is mostly focused on work, I have been waiting on him to change but he has changed me More like making me full into the sin of having sex before marriage I have finally made a decided to change and leave my life as a child of God... I made him aware of that and he told me that he wants to go on this journey with me ... He says i shouldn't leave him and honest thou he does all of these things just as you said i see his willingness to change so am asking should i be on this journey with him or i should leave him Because i don't know how to be on this journey with him , I feel like i can do it but i don't know how to i really need advise. Thank you

It sounds like there’s some emotional trauma that he’s projecting on you. Consider, ending the relationship and moving forward to fully dedicate to learning more about God and growing in following him with your all. It sounds nice that he also sees the need for him to go on the journey, but the reality it sounds like you both need to take sometime to work on yourselves individually. If it’s truly God’s will for you to be together, you’ll notice he’s truly changing or at least growing after you’ve gone your separate ways. Praying for you! You can do this! Walk fully in the freedom God has laid out before you.

Woa this really awakened something in me! Or rather, validated something that the world taught me to neglect. I’m thinking about a Christian girl right now and how much id like to do a courtship situation with her and how that’s all I’ve ever wanted. Growing up, I had a lot of experiences of girls wanting more physical intimacy with me than I was willing to give. So much negativity grew from them. I’m glad that this exists! Thank you

Church has to accept what God spoke through Apostle Paul... God gives Gift 🎁 of Singleness to some and 🎁 of Marriage to others... Church glorify Marriage to much... Not enough about Benefits of being Single... Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was Single and Bachelor before the term Bachelor was accepted in Jewish Culture... I'm 52 years old Single woman in Christ... I'm having a Best time of my life in Christ... Free!!! There is alot consider when you are married... Even Paul and Jesus said " It's Better that you Don't Marry: everyone cannot receive it... Say they to whom it is given... St. Matthew 19 1 Corinthians 6-7 Marriage exposure of more of who and what you're not... Marriage is not cure all...

Thank you I was having a hard time with this, I have white evangelical friend's from the church that we use to attend together but it really seems like they Don get systemic racism, Why black lives matter, the whole republican agenda. They're kind to me as long as I don't bring up any opposing views. Your video has given me hope and I will keep 🙏 on this, thank you

Thank you for watching. I’m thankful this video helped. Maybe try asking them if they know any ways that our faith affirms being black and Christian. Sometimes when we ask questions like hey have you read any books by theologians from different cultures? It can help people open their closed mindsets. The reality is majority of Christians around the world don’t think of Christianity as black or white. But as Christ who sets the captive free. Praying for you, that you’re encouraged. You’re not alone.

Yea the boundaries definitely have to be established early on and stick with them firmly and a I agree with him it’s a reason go reserved that for marriage I’ve had it and children as a result outside of marriage and I choose not to anymore and wait because it does have detrimental effects and it’s easy to feel condemnation but I’m working on that
@JamieJEdwards
@JamieJEdwards Жыл бұрын
Amen for setting boundaries. Remember that God is always faithful to forgive us our sins when we repent. There’s no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus - whenever I struggle with feeling guilty over sin I read scripture like 1 John 2 to help me remember If I’ve truly put my faith in Christ - His finishing work on the cross continues to cleanse and renew me. Praying this encourages you!
