hello. I use a lot french cleat, but he one I use are differents. The one I use are 45 degre cut, so easy to do... Maybe the "hold" better... Just maybe... Thanks for your time.

Why T&G instead of a 45? The idea of a 45 is to force the cleat into the wall. It will be stronger than a tongue.

Wow! Super detailed, highly engineered and beautifully built!! It is always nice to have an assortment of good tools and a nice space to work in too. Where is this build located? I see many clues that tell me it is in Europe, probably Italy. No matter, job well done and it should give many years of enjoyment.

For roll materials (adhesive tape, electrical tape, etc.), wouldn't it be better to just make pins? When the material is used up and the roll becomes thicker, it will fall between the consoles.
