Paramount Pro V2 is missing again??? 2nd year being absent to the market. When can we expect a paramount muzzleloader available to the public? Last year we were told the delay was the availability of Blackhorn 209 powder. Now the powder is available, though more expensive than gold, but available. Is there a reason why CVA is holding off releasing the Paramount another year?

Had to put mine in a vice and give it a pretty firm twist to get it to move and that did the trick!

WHY in all that is holy in the church of THE Jeff Cooper theology would you design this gun with a proprietary magazine? This gun is a home run that literally curved foul by not using the SR-25 mag design. If it wasn't for that one critical flaw, I would by this gun instantly.

VH 243 purchased June 2024 and the 1st range trip 10 rounds of 85g smk + IMR 4064 produced 1/2” group @ 75 yards. Very happy BUZZ

Bought a CVA Wolf for Texas Muzzle loader 2 years ago. Haven't got a Deer yet but Love they way it shoots and it is easy to clean and maintain.

I bought one of these in a compact 300BO model. It is very fun to shoot but the breakdown lever is really stiff. It takes considerable effort to open the action. I tried to oil the contact surfaces but it didn’t help. Is there a fix for this?

There is a break in period where it will smooth out. If you feel like it is still excessive, reach out to Customer Service. They can help you get it handled.

They only have oddball mix matched calibers! No 308 WHAT!! Just a 243 in a short barrel that sends a 100 grain bullet flying at anemic 2700 FPS in a 20 inch barrel. The other offering is a 35 whelen that kicks so hard they needed a muzzle brake on it which defeats the purpose of having a takedown. Terrible offerings Now the sister company Bergera offers a takedown 308 at almost a $1,000 REALLY! CVA SUCKS!!!

Hi...new to in-line muzzleloader. I bought a used CVA Accura and I have have a questions. When looking through the breach plug and barrel "field stripped of course" am I suppose to see clearly through them both?

If the Breech plug is clean, you should be able to see straight through it. After you have finished cleaning it, shoot a primer through the breech plug on an empty barrel. That will flush out any debris that may be left.

For the LRH model is the stock similar or the as a Bergara ? How is the stock reinforced?

All Cascade models use their own action footprint which is different than a R700. The stock is internally reinforced and has a rigid feel throughout.

Try using some penetrating lubricant like WD-40 to soak the bushing. If you are still having difficulty, please contact customer service.

Make it in 223 & to take AR mags come on cva it's 2024 . Pistol caliber carbines should use Glock mags & rifle caliber guns should use Ar15/ar10 mags 🤦🏻♂️
