I just saw your interview with Karen at Just Get it Done Quilts. I am fascinated with the concept but am recovering from rotary cuff surgery so can't try the class yet. In the meantime I am very interested in how you self published your book. You said you had a friend in the self publishing industry, can you share her name? Do you have suggestions on how to learn this? Does she do you tube tutorials?

I have some free motion feet for my home machine coming this week. I am definitely doing this as soon as i get them.

Oh so it’s the free motion quilting, but you’re doing intricate designs instead AS the quilt itself, not on top of a made quilt. If I could draw AND handle a sewing machine the way you were this would be amazing. The color is stunning.

Just saw your interview yesterday for the first time at “Just get it done quilts” ….and I am so thankful that you pushed on with your creative gift…You are insanely blessed and am so happy with your new book (which I am planning on purchasing), as well as your new class. I am dipping my pinky toe into quilting (late in life) and love the creative freedom you share with panels, etc. I feel like I wouldn’t be able to do free arm quilting as its a skill for me that I would have to develop after I have had 2 pots of coffee. I am currently loving quilting & doing everything in the hoop. That’s where I am at & also collecting quilting books. Best of EVERYTHING in your new endeavors I hope one day I can join your classes.
