I have the FOCO edition of this stadium and in my opinion it’s a lot better with more detail. And it includes instructions.

I agree. Unfortunately FOCO does not make them anymore as far as I know. This noname edition here is strange anyway: For example, the package says 142 pieces, whereas there are actually only 67.

Yes, the puzzle contains three sections that can be combined as shown. You could also buy additional sets of this puzzle to build a longer wall

I found the stadium puzzles of Qatar 2022 on AliExpress. I am not sure if they are available in Peru. Conversely, I was never able to order puzzles on mercadolibre, for example
