So it sounds like the wave function doesn't collapse when observed but collapses when its wave function is turned into information? Don't physicist talk about information being retained in black holes now rather than matter or energy?

If universe is a fractal, then this could maybe also apply to star systems. Maybe number of planets is determined by the nature of the central star.

Really appreciate the video. Went through atomic physics class without animation and it was brain hemorrhage. The strong and strong nuclear forces appear to be more of fortifications of fixed radii rather similar to how electrons have fixed radii from atomic nuclei.

Using a nuclear reactor to heat water as the main coolant working fluid is quite ingenious and not primitive. Water is excellent at this task. Water has high heat retention and it blocks some of the radiation. It can be pumped so that the energy from the core becomes portable and can be transferred to somewhere else, usually to another loop of water that becomes steam to run an electrical turbine. Turbines are important because the AC electricity used in our distribution infrastructure is most easily generated by a rotating armature in a magnetic field.

There would be no causality violation because of the relative speed at which they are experiencing time. Multiple sci-fi shows have referenced this, but the best representation was in Stargate SG-1 S2E16 A Matter of Time. They were showing gravitational time dilation instead of velocity based, but the cause of time dilation is irrelevant to the concept. Time is experienced slower at higher gravity and faster at lower gravity in gravitational time dilation. Velocity based time dilation has time experienced slower at higher speed and faster when stationary. Exact calculations are likely impossible do to the constant presence of both gravity and velocity preventing any location being at absolute zero in either time dilation cause. The relative speed of time advancement would mean a message arriving in an accelerated or decelerated form. The graphic at 11:06 would have the message sent by Alice at instantaneous transmission speed arrive in a form that Bob might have to slow down in order to understand. Time would still be going forward for both of them, so his reply would appear to have taken a long time to arrive, and would need to be sped up to sound normal. The speed of time being different doesn't cause causality issues because both are moving forward in time. The more common argument made for FTL violating causality is arriving before the destination location sees that you left, but that is no different than the delay observed in a sonic boom.

@14:33 You said time was formed with it, but your example has you using something in an existing time, that doesn't work.....i would argue no case where something has a probability could "occur" in the absence of time, not necessarily the same "time" but no event can exist at no time. The reason i argue this point, some have ised the "theories" around the big bang (bad word to use without actual scientific evidence....it devalues the word for actual use)....to state that time definitely started with the singularity ...whatever the math suggests im not aware of any theory...actual theory....which has that included with "receipts" @16:13 thank you

I like your video and found it insightful, but I don’t agree with your conclusion. I think the researchers were correct when they implied retro-causality. I’m working on an experiment that will put this debate to rest.

MWI and Decoherence makes the most sense from a physics standpoint but I think the general public just can't relate from personal experience. The sense of self is so strong that people can't accept there are multiple self copies that they are not aware of

The electron changing state which was basically Bohr 'digitizing' the entire universe, and is on the same scale than anything Einstein did. And Einstein said do in his memoirs. And yet it both amazed and bothered Einstein - he did not deny it. On the micro scale there is no "speed of light limit" that was so beloved of Einstein. The electron change of state is instant. There is still also great denial when it comes to entanglement. Again the speed of light is the issue. Nothing can go faster than light is the mantra? But the electron defies that and if so, then why should entanglement not also defy it? Is there a missing variable? Maybe the most revolutionary thing to say in science is that the missing variable is God? Who dares deny that possibility?

I believe this wouldn't be possible because the centrifuges needed to have there speed controlled by a computer so the computer can tell it to move faster or slower and he says irregularly so it is spinning faster and slower repeatedly for example If it goes above a certain parameter it would increase the speed automatically

Siemens is trash. They over compensate on their programming and over engineer solutions. I’ve experienced a higher mortality rate on their plcs than their competitors and more problems with their software. They make themselves out to be the only solution in Europe while shutting out the competition. They deserved stuxnet.

It took billions of years, and millions if not billions of events all over earth for nature to come up with one simple self-replicating molecule. And we have spent nowhere near a billion dollars studying origin of life. We have been studying at most for about 40 years. Do you really find it so odd that we have not been able to replicate something that took billions of years over millions of various spots on earth to happen in a couple of dozen labs over only a few decades?
