Thank you so much! You can purchase a caster oil pack and the oil on Amazon. I recommend queen of thrones. You can soak the castor oil into the pack and then apply to your liver.

You are such a lovely person for sharing such helpful information to people. I have been using Castor oil for pain for about a year and I find it very effective. I mix it with some other oils to increase the effect.

I had written a comment previously that none of the maneuvers for the vagus nerve had ever given me any relaxation responce. I have watched countless channels, and countless videos, and tried every technique, without any response at all. But earlier I decided to try just softly tickling my face. Amazingly, I yawned. My first yawn ever from doing any type of vagus nerve technique. Then I tried softly ticking my arm. Another yawn! I then went on to softly tickling my feet, and I continued to yawn. I am so happy about this self discovery thing, that finally gives me a relaxation response. Maybe it can work for other people too.

So important to have that firm foundation 👏👏👏 it’s not a quick fix. It’s uncomfortable and it will take time.

this is why kids are (usually) pretty trim. Especially younger ones. They're never still. They're constantly fidgeting and bouncing around. We should all embrace our inner kid!

No fasting! I am going to go with the advice of Dr. Stacy Sims here I highly suggest you research her studies on women.

I don’t believe you heard me right . I specifically said there is a certain time when it is good ( and helpful ) and other times when it’s not like ovulation and luteal phase. I like Stacy Sims, but there is plenty to support when administered the right way . Check out Dr Mindy Peltz .

Great tipps, thank you. Why are you suggesting to avoid estrogen HRT ?
@TheMovementParadigm
@TheMovementParadigm 22 күн бұрын
I said during perimenopause specifically. Because there is a superstorm of lows and highs of estrogen during this phase . Estrogen is not indicated until 1 year post last period ( menopause)

This was really wonderful.....however I think it would be great if you changed the title to 4 SOMATIC EXERCISES because that's how many there were:)) They were: 1. Butterfly Hug, 2. Wipe Away, 3. Shake, and 4. Goddess! These are simple but, I really liked them very much!!!

Very sick for 2 1/2 years after stomach surgery. Tested for everything,Tried everything............I spent thousands $$$. Until one day a online Dr talked about Olive Leaf Extract. Twice a day for a couple months, and I'm finally getting better. Im only writing this in hopes that it might help someone that has tried everything like I did. :)

Very nice, but please, the static-like buzzy nature of your soundscape is painful to some of us with hyper sensitive disregulation issues. Fingernails on a chalkboard and not at all necessary in an otherwise helpful video. TY!
