I have done this over two weeks and haven't been able to do the full 30 seconds of jump squats. I DID IT TODAY!!! If i could breathe, I would be crying of happiness! 😅🤣

People dont think about how exercise requires as much practice as other skills (piano, crochet, etc). I like that you dont hype things up like media tends too, instead you are calm and help us learn form. I love your channel. Thank you for the time and work you put into your videos ❤ i walk out of them having pushed myself

Im a month in to doing ur workouts and im finally getting through each video without pausing, managing to actually finish the videos and starting to be ok with jump squats 😂 you’re absolutely amazing, best fitness channel out there!!

As a figure skater I love these workouts I found your channel about a month ago and I have done many of the arm, abs and leg workouts and my skating has improved so much in strength and flexibility and I will definitely continue to do these ❤

I REALLY ENJOY the use of instrumental music as the first and third in this one in your workouts! It makes me focus more on form, breathing and i find it quite calming. It makes the workout less of something to just rush and power through!

I’ve been doing your beginner workouts a couple months consistently now & felt like I needed a bigger challenge today. I tried this one & it pushed me but I was surprised at the endurance I’ve developed & that it was doable! Yes my legs feel it but this made me really realize how far I’ve come with your help. This is an amazing work out! I've been doing it daily and my legs are getting stronger. I can now touch my toes with my fingers while standing up without my legs giving in, something I was never able to do before. This workout is one of my favorites for sure!

Goodness, I worked my way down with 3 of your leg workouts from 20, to 15, to this 10 minute one so overall a 45 minute leg workout and the last 2 exercises on this video really took me out! But I loved the challenge, I may save this combo to do on a weekly basis. I am drenched in sweat and I almost cried in this last one 😅
