You can get them "to sharp" and they will dull quick. 30 degrees does best. I believe a sharpened blade does better than a new blade. I sharpened my brand new ones before installing them.

There are those where you just can't please. You are better off letting them go, because there are plenty of other people who are very friendly, thankful and truly appreciated what you do for them.
