This is seems wrong but i do not know if they did it because of the weight of the microphone (TLM49 has double weight than the other two) Both TLM 103 and TLM 147 are using the same shock mount and the lower band passes from the same middle rings like the upper band

Mine is a TLM 103 fairlt recent i think.... the band has a metal end clamp thingy - it fits into a hole on one of the 4 posts - best to start with that one...same with the 4 post connections after flipping it.
