Fascinating. Couple of questions. What's the shaving tool at 7m 30s? Also, how does the antiscuff stick to the blade after oil has been applied? I thought that would affect it. Lastly, wheneber I used to put antiscuff on my bats I would bend it round the edge too. Here I noticed you cut it and then put fibre tape to cover the edges. Howcome the antiscuff isn't folded round the edge and then fibre tape added on top for extra edge protection?

Is the toe guard epoxy resin? I've seen some bat makers swear that epoxy will crack and cause your whole bat to split - which seems like scaremongering. My friends used to use araldite on bat toes in the early 2000s and no one ever had a problem. Would be interested to know your thoughts. Also, I love the fact that at the end you used superglue to seal the scuff sheet into the toe guard. Such a minor detail but so cool as water does tend to wick up there if the edge of the scuff sheet gets lifted during impacts.
