Heavy disagree on forces' OST. It's a high A to borderline S in my eyes. Songs like the final boss, light of hope, fist bump, infinite, and that one bonus level song that sounds like omega is singing it are bops.

1:07:47 - because nothing, indeed, ever happened. In original JP game copy Sonic was in the cell for a grand total of five minutes while being untouched and unmolested. The whole "being tortured for months" line was a genius idea that someone on the english localization team had, and somehow it was given a green light by the management (or the person in charge of editing the translation just didn't care about doing his job).

A fun point about the physics in this game: its so accurate that my university has a class in the engineering school dedicated to building machines with ultrahand to teach prototyping. It was the coolest class I’ve ever taken

Can you please play honkai star rail. It's like a tuen based game by hoyoverse. Since your opinions on genshin were pretty negative, i think it would be very interesting to hear your opinion on the next hoyoverse gacha game would be interesting to watch. The honkai star rail gacha is also a lot more generous than the gacha in genshin. The world has a lot more personality and life to it. The main character is also a lot more usable than the traveler in genshin. This game feels like a genshin you would enjoy more than the actual genshin. If you read this to the end, thanks for listening to me talk about game. 👍

To be honest, I can't really agree with you hating that much on Sonic Unleashed. To me, it was one of the best games Sega ever released, especially when you compare it to games like Sonic Forces or Lost World or perhaps even Colors and Frontiers. Sega really showed in this game who Sonic actually is and who we should refer him as today by Sega putting Sonic on his actual peak there. The incredible soundtracks (especially Endless Possibilities), the graphics that were impressively made (it aged so good and was so well made for a game that released in 2008!), the beautiful opening cutscene (where I still don't understand at all how they ever managed to create and for some reason can't do again in today's modern Sonic games), the quite good (and at the end even touching and sad) storyline, the very good, mature and tough voicelines of Jason Griffith which fitted Sonic so damn well. This game just has it all with it being to me the best Sonic game I have ever played. I think the issue you are having is that you are just getting bored of the game by just playing it for way too long in a straight line, but that is something you experience in every game! You can't just play a game for 7 hours straight and still have as much fun as you had when playing it for the first time. This game can only show you it's true beauty when you take breaks once in a while and also play different stuff now and then so when you come back to Sonic Unleashed, it can show you again what a big masterpiece this game actually is. I'm not asking for people to hate on me by saying all this, this is just my personal opinion about what you said about Sonic Unleashed. If other people like you didn't like it that much, then it's totally up to you.

An open-zone sonic game with the same overall structure as Frontiers sounds promising, but the execution here is disappointing and confusing. At the very least they should've used Adventure-esque gameplay instead of Forces boosting and level design.

And worst of all, developers don’t even get paid 10% of the game they make. Here’s my calculations: when you buy Robux you have to pay extra for real life taxes, (that one is alright) then when you spend that robux, the person you give it to by purchasing that item only gets 70%, and if they wanted to donate it to someone smother 30% tax but the game takes 10% which gets taxed by 30%, then when they spend it so fourth, and what about exchanging that Robux to money before it gets taxed you may ask? Well when you exchange 100k Robux to (what you think will be) 1000 usd, amazing right? But no they take a tax of, drumroll please…. 650 usd! Yes more than 60%.

Seems like an interesting test to see what a PvEvP game like this would look like. I'm not under the impression that the fundamental concept of it is what doomed it to fail, but I think this is the sort of thing I'd like to see future games take and innovate/improve upon. Things I'd like to see from new games inspired by this: - All modes unlocked from the beginning, or at least made clear that they will be unlocked the more you play - New modes being unlocked with story progression is a cool novelty, but for a live service PvP game, it would really struggle to bring in new players since the barrier to entry of playing different (potentially more interesting) parts of the game is locked behind a linear progression system - Alongside the whole "new modes no longer being locked behind story progression," being forced to play the levels the lowest level player is on would be done away with as well. Modes would be more standardized and wouldn't inherently be restricted by relative progression with the main story being a separate entity. - Maybe the game would take inspiration from Helldivers 2, where everyone is part of a massive cohesive story, and everyone works to fulfill Major Orders. But instead of Major Orders, you're working to reach your personal next story beat/cutscene. Maybe you get unique dialogue or visuals for whatever part of the story you are at, but at that point it's be less of an experience with others and more of a personal experience that others just happen to be the backdrop of, so I'm leaving that one of the backburner. - Make playing new characters/versions more accessible. While I do think personal progression systems in PvE games are pretty cool, I think a more parallel progression system could work better in a PvEvP game, working to diversify playstyles while still keeping it relatively balanced. - Allow all players to use beeg dino boi, or this new game's equivalent. Maybe make it so that only one teammember can do it at a time or something, but everyone should be allowed to dino it up. - Stylize it, or just reduce the visual clutter because dear god there is a lot going on and its hard to follow. Visual and audio feedback should be made more impactful and distinct, and keep as much stuff off the screen that doesn't immidiately need to be there. Another example from Helldivers, being able to pull up the map when you want, but having it off screen whenever you dont want it/aren't using it. Apply that principal to the stuff n things and maybe itll help. I also just think theres a lotta dinos and a lotta numbers and not enough visual feedback to help make heads or tails of most of it. - Make PvP more prominant and frequent, it shouldn't be a race of optimizing your payload push until you finally meet at the end, it should be a constant back and forth until one of you can pull through. - All major events to play out and maybe even halt each's progression until its taken care of (da flyin dinos mane) - erm. Uhm. Hrmsh. Idk maybe a thousand other things but ill think brainstorming more for this fairytale game some other day. I don't even understand a good chunk of how this game actually functions so im really just spit balling cuz it seems interesting, but i aint throwing 60 bucks and several hours at a, "ok" experience. I just wants someone to be like "shit mane, this could be rlly cool, lets doing something like that, but restructure it without the fundamental flaws"

Well, all of that you said at the end, Frontiers fixed pretty much all of that. Tails is back to his Adventure roots, as is Knuckles, Sonic is now more than willing to put himself in danger to save his friends, hell, even Amy stopped chasing after Sonic's heart. Plus, (hot take) Frontiers' story is way more thought out and well written than even Unleashed. And the gameplay was super fun with all the different attacks and combos you could hit.

I couldn't finish this game it got really boring fighting the same old enemies over and using the same hoverbike over and over and not being suprised by anything after a few dozen hours. Too bloated, not enough new enemies, temples are barely a step up from divine beasts, gimmicky bosses, worse performance than botw, the same botw overworld I had already scoured over for hundreds of hours before. I can't give this game a 10 out of 10. Zelda botw Lego Edition gets a 6 out of 10 for me.

At least with Genshin (post-Sumeru), they're actually making a good game. And the monetization is not as aggressive as the other gacha games. Like they've never did bundle pop ups ever when it's like the norm in gachas. Only issue I have right now is how time consuming it is just to level a character. Now that I actually have a decent number of characters built, I basically just come back to do the exploration and story and take a break from the game.

I have been playing ROBLOX (or should I say, Roblox) since I was 4-5 on 2017. Although it's fun, it just doesn't feel more like ROBLOX like it used to do. Like, WHY WOULD YOU ACTUALLY ADD REALISTIC AVATARS, CLOTHING AND REALISTIC FACES ON A LEGO KIDS GAME? Oh yeah, and also the moderation, KZfaqrs are doing their job (like Ruben Sim) and sometimes even normal players. Plus, The Classic was NOT classic at all.

Insightful video. I have fond memories of playing Chibi Robo on the gamecube years ago. While unlikely I still hope that the DS spiritual successor one day gets an official English release maybe as a remaster. Speaking of remasters more people getting to play the original Chibi Robo would be great.
