I have this idea to create a platform where I can provide support and help first generation high school students in finding opportunities and just giving tips in general to help students through the whole high school to college process. Overall: start your initiative to fill a gap in the community 1. Make an idea/find a purpose (make it a cause that you are passionate about) 2. Brainstorm what your initiative is going to do or provide (meetings, a product, etc) 2a. Choose a scale (local, state, national) 2b. Depending on your scale, don't be afraid to cold email people about your cause 3. Make a timeline (make progress every week, month, etc) 3a. Send out emails, advertise, etc!

I'm starting a local Project I call B.I.N.S-- Bioconversion and the Investigation of Nutritional Stability. I raise meat birds, and I decided to begin raising them entirely off of donated food waste. This helps reduce global greenhouse gas emissions by eliminating the amount of local food waste. It also helps reduce the cost of local and healthy home-raised animal products. I plan on donating the processed meat to food banks and soup kitchens, as well as selling the birds at reduced costs due to the small amount spent on meat animal feed. So far, it's going great!

Why Stockholm - because it is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, and the people are great, the food amazing, and the city is elegant and well just saying of course our family is part Swedish so thank you for this visit and of course it is snowing....LOL
